The manager does not care about his job, blames me for not getting my order like I had something to do with it and than swears you out over the phone. Worst pizza place in iowa city
I ordered a pizza about 20- 25 minutes before closing and I never got my pizza, I know it was late but when I tried calling about my pizza they would answer my cal them hung up immediately, they did this multiple times that night, I would've been fine with them just telling me they're closed but totally ignoring my order and hanging up my call in my face was rude and not how to handle a costumer. I don't care if you're lazy just give me a reason at least
I ordered a taco pizza from them a while ago, and it never showed up. Unlikely to get pizza here again. The Pizza Hut tracker app said my pizza would get to my home at 6pm, and it never showed up.
Seriously I order a pizza for delivery and you call me up and say there's no delivery drivers but you don't cancel the order??? what is wrong with you people that is theft. I will never eat Pizza Hut again in my life thank you.
My younger sister and I doordash some evenings to make some pocket change and tonight's experience was horrific As we arrive, my sister gets out to go in and pick up the order and almost immediately upon walking in, an employee yells at her to move the car because apparently I had parked in a handicapped spot (there was no sign or at least not one visible. A simple mistake) After I moved she once again goes back in where the employee proceeds to yell at her!!! I get that it can be frustrating when someone parks in a no parking spot but where do you get your kicks yelling at a 14 year old girl about parking that would only have lasted for 2 minutes if he would've just done his job promptly. I am livid!
Customer service was excellent, but they were out of breadsticks and the type of pizza I wanted. Great customer service goes along way.
I made an order, I tell them not to put the pizza sauce, and they did . Ya need to pay attention on what people tell ya to do . I called their number multiple times no response. That location is nasty
Never waited longer for a pizza. Called 4 times only to be told that the store had closed. Guy who answered was very rude and short with me, and hung up immediately
You'd think I was a bad father given how often I pick up pizza here. Pizza Hut obviously isn't the best pizza, but the staff here work hard and I appreciate that.
I was told my order would arrive in approximately 45 minutes. After waiting more then 1 hour without the pizza arriving I called and spoke to the manager. I was then told the pizza was on the way. The store is 7 minutes from my house so after another 20 minutes I called again to speak with the manager. She was rude and told me that there was nothing she could do and that he had other deliveries with him to do prior to mine which she didn't mention prior when I called and then proceeded to tell me that she was hanging up on me. I have now been waiting more then an hour and a half and the pizza still hasn't arrived. Worst customer service ever!
