Burnt bread, lettuce was stringy and no leaf, and tomato looked discolored. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here. Waste of money.
Get that sometimes you don’t wanna be at work. I went there around 4:00-4:20, girl was very rude. Have your bad days behind is something recommend. Other than that y’all just need not soggy croutons, just saying ?
Food is hit and miss whether its any good. I liked this place when it first opened! Not a huge fan of it anymore.
Ordered a grilled cheese for my daughter and she won’t touch it. This is the sorriest grilled cheese I’ve ever seen. Idk how to mess up this simple sandwich. Very dissatisfied
I placed an order for pick up. Someone else helped themselves to my order. They didn't have any of the items I ordered left in the store so I was just screwed. I dont see what is the point of ordering ahead if they let someone else take it.
Very rude cashier named Sarah. She was not nice when taking my order or when handing my order. I had asked her how I could put in my phone number for my rewards, and she rudely stated how she had already asked me for my number before hand when she hadn’t even asked me about it. I never have a problem at this Panera up until now.
Great place for quick eats, coffees, teas, and more.I think management could treat the crew a little better from the times I've popped in and out. Kindness goes a long way and customers notice these things.
Absolutely filthy. Could barely find a table that was clean. I ordered two bowls of soup and the bowls were 1/2 full and a very small baguette. The chicken noodle soup had very little veggies and chicken and noodles. 13.00 for two half bowls of broth, a tiny piece of baguette and a mini apple.
The guy taking our order kept wiping his nose with the back of his hand. Thankfully, he did not fulfill our order, but when it was ready it was packaged "to go" which we did not request. He also gave my friend a plastic cup after she had requested hot tea. I had planned on getting some bagels before we left. But since he was the only one working the front of the store I didn't want his grubby hands on them.
This is one of the worst ran Panera’s ever, and this is coming from someone who has worked for the company before. There have been several times in which we have ordered and our order was wrong. I’ve gotten salads that come with chicken with no chicken three times now, with tonight being the third. I’ve gotten a bowl of soup but given a cup, as well as having ordered full sandwiches and gotten half. Just about everything that can go wrong in an order has gone wrong in this location. Although managers are quick to refund it shouldn’t be a problem to begin with. You would think if they followed protocol and had two people check the order before it went out, it would be correct, but unfortunately that is not the case. Very disappointed with service I have received here.
