What happened!! Seriously, I got more rice and chow mein. I got like 4 strips of teriyaki chicken and few orange chicken ?. This plate was almost $11 like really!!! Shame on you Panda..
My plate wasn't as full as normal.. my extra side of white rice was 80% full and so was my 3 other sides. I called to tell manager.. the guy answered said there's no manager or supervisor on duty.. and he didn't care. When I go back I'm taking my receipts with me. Then I'll talk to mgr.i do know the mgr and she's amazing
They were out of a lot of options. Went through the drive through and took along time but still was pretty good.

The food is always warm and fast. But let's face it, that's minimum expectation. Twice now I've left this store after buying white rice and teriyaki chicken, to be left with a box of dry chicken and rice, no sauce. Have you ever tried to eat dry chicken and dry rice? Yeah me neither I threw it away. The second time I called and talked to Sandra, who whilst very apologetic, could only offer reimbursement in the form of a downgraded meal. What a bargain, I get to drive another 30 minute round trip to get less than I paid for. Good job panda.
I repeatedly give this place opportunities for redemption but everytime that I visit, I just can't comprehend how they never operate smoothly. They must love the honor of being the worst Panda location anyone has ever been in. It's called "fast-casual" for a reason but they always miss the mark here. They have terrible customer service, they are always getting the order wrong, and they can't cope with the pressure of a small rush and become dysfunctional. I literally repeated "That's not right" and got ignored. Taste of China has better food and service for anyone that is interested in something much better.
My food was absolutely gross. The rice was dry.
As usual, fast service, wide variety of Asian cuisine, and clean tables to sit and enjoy food.
As I sit here for 30 minutes waiting on orange chicken it looks like it will be another 30 minutes. I don't understand when it took an hour to fry chicken
