Waited over an hour for one burrito. They had two people on staff, one of which who was actually doing his job. You need more help this time of night or you shouldn’t be open at all.
It seems like the management has really gone down hill. The workers seemed really stressed out and were talking about how their manager wouldn’t come in that night and how this happens often. Honestly my heart goes out to them because high schoolers should not have to stress about running a whole business themselves. Also my rice was dry and crunchy ?
My delivery experience was not great I ordered at approximately 11:20 am so I would have my lunch during my lunch break -- I'm a teacher, so this is valuable time for me. The app said I would have my food around 11:55 which is fine. 11:55 rolls around and the app says it's delivered, but my food has not shown up. I don't get a call, either. 5 more minutes pass and I call the store only to not get an answer. I'm hungry and frustrated. Finally, at 12:15, my food is delivered, still without a call. The chips and salsa I paid for are missing, and my bowl is missing the sour cream and salsa. I'm incredibly disappointed with the entire ordeal.
Today I had an awful experience. I ordered 2 burritos online for pickup at 7:30. We didn’t recive our food until 8:28 because they needed to make more rice…The workers added water to the rice with a cup that other worker was drinking out of. Absolutely disgusting.
Food was good..actually much better then chipotles or estellas nearby..so will be back.Only issue was my burrito was cold. Im guessing this is caused by the side door constantly opening and closing when it is 10 degrees out. Might want to address that

Always have a bad experience here, every other pancheros I go to is 10/10 service. By far my favorite restaurant and I’d expect more from the original location. Food is always cold and messy.
I went after new years party. There was line, almost 40 people waiting. Even all hese negativities employees were nice, fast and food quality was good.
Cheap, filling and great taste.
