Pulled pork was moist and tasty. Very fresh bread and salads. Crisp potatoes and onion rings. Lots of different pies for dessert. Friendly helpful service in a clean pleasant environment. No room to park are camper but plenty of room for it next door at the back of the Walmart parking lot.
Friendly service, great prices, clean restaurant, good food. Biscuits & Gravy was good, the hashbrowns were excellent, & my coffee was always full. Thank you.
We stopped here while traveling and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Service was great, the coffee hot and plentiful, and portions were ample. They have an extensive menu. The desserts in the case up front looked mighty tempting! This place was clean and very inviting. We would definitely go back.
We were in Iowa City to visit Trader Joe's and decided to stop and get dinner before heading home. When we got there we were greeted by a really nice gal. When we were sat our waitress came over right away. Super sweet thing. She took our order quickly and gave me a few suggestions as I was not sure what I wanted. The food was nothing the write home about but the atmosphere was nice and the service was good.
The food here is great and the staff very friendly. My husband and I moved to town a little over 2 years ago and this quickly became our new favorite place to eat.
The waitress was wonderful and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful. The food was decent. Chicken was a little overcooked. My friend got the jumbo bacon cheeseburger and said it was excellent. Mozzarella sticks were bomb! Definitely order 8 instead of 4 lol!

Great service! Warm dinner rolls were delicious and awesome Kathy’s Pies for dessert! It was our first time there and will definitely go again! Would give 5 stars, but the instant mashed potatoes were very watery and soupy….next time I’m going for baked!
We're big breakfast fans. Always get alot of food and hot off the grill served to us. Their staff always greets us warmly and keeps the coffee coming! We always enjoy dining at Midtown. You're the best!
