Why in the holy name of Ronald McDonald is dine-in only open till 8pm?!? How is a guy with a trailer sposed to get a McChicken? Jeez, COVID is over but it still is managing to screw us.

Yeah I had double I had a quarter pounder with cheese and Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and French fries and a drink paid for it ask for some ketchup and all I got was two and that's all they had they said that ain't a crock of s*** won't stopping here
Came through and the store charged me more then the mobile order said it would. They took 20 min for me to convince them to give me a refund even tho I literally showed them I was supposed to pay less on my receipt online. I only got that meal because of the deal.
I ordered a 1/4 pounder deluxe, medium fries and an ice coffee. My fries were cold. I let the counter worker know & she gave me a replacement. The replacement fries were over cooked and hard.

Food is fine but there is a worker that doesn’t fill my smoothies up to the top and takes off about an inch and I feel like I’m paying more for a smaller portion. The worker works late at night, I think around 9-11. This was on a Monday but has happened multiple times on other days. Didn’t happen before… very dissatisfied?.
I couldn't believe how fast our mobile order was delivered to the car, and it was accurate, out of the three stores in the metro area, I'll prefer this one in the future. I even asked for a cup of ice and the man even made a special trip and brought me some. The wait at other locations I've been to in the past were about 7 minutes. I barely was in the parking lot pressing send, and maybe 2 minutes later our food was out.Some college age kids decided to park next to us in another mobile order designated spot and walked in, SHAME ON THEM.
Poor listening skills by the training employee. Made the new employee confused on this visit day through the drive thru which made the ordering process way more complicated than needed.
Have a sign at drive up says free apple pie if we don’t ask about rewards. So they don’t ask and manager says NO when I ask for the pie.
