If I could give this place a zero. I would have. Again the wait was over 20 minutes, the food was cold and our order was not correct...yet again. Worst fast food place ever
I ordered a mobile order and there must have been some malfunction with the app or something so I ended up not even getting my food. I'm not complaining about that because that happens technology does that sometimes but the employees were extremely disrespectful and calling me names for no reason like what kind of place dose that? Never go to this mcdonalds ever ?
This is a group of special individuals…apparently math isn’t there strong suit because they do not give back change correctly… they also appear to be unorganized considering the fact that you have to repeat your order even after it’s paid for ? and finally to put the icing on the cake, apparently it must costs extra to fill your cup correctly because I received 3/4 of a hi-C
Went thru drive thru only to be told their frappe machine has been broken for 2 weeks!... I call BS! Just lazy and don't want to make it....
I can't rate highly a fast food place that isn't open 24 hr... Our Hy Vee grocery oligarchy and Wal Marts close at 11 pm, now, Way before I get off work.
They will cheat you out of your money on 20 chicken nuggets. They will makes it seems like you order 2 order of 10 chicken nuggets just to change you extra money . Always check the prices . I asked for 20 nuggets not 2 order of 10 nuggets and on the top of that i told him 3 times 20 nuggets shame on McDonald's. i can't imagine how they'd be out here cheating disabled people or blind people smh .
The 5 star review is given specifically for Amy W. who is at the drive through in the morning when I come for my coffee. i have received variable food service at this location but the one thing constant is the absolute best customer service from Amy. There is a smile in the voice that comes over the speaker to take your order and also greets you when you get to the window to pay. If there is any extra bonus or reward for an employee excelling at their job then Amy definitely deserves it. Awesome way to start your day (and the iced coffee).
Food was fine, but someone definitely didn't make the sweet tea right. I had to dilute my cup from the drive thru with a half gallon of water, and it was STILL sweet. It's supposed to be tea, with sugar. Not tea colored liquid sugar.
Covid is over open your lobby so delivery drivers don't wait in long lines.
hello. I went to this mcdonalds and I absolutely hated the Mexican girl in customer service. So this Mexican girl messed up on my man's food. MY MANS MC CHICKEN WAAS BADDDD. SO THEN I CALLED THE MCDONALD'S AND THE MEXICAN GIRL WAAS ON THE PHONE. SHE GOT MAD OVER ME TAKING THE MC CHICKEN BACK. SHE ASKED FOR THE RECEIPT AND SAID IT IN A MEAN WAY."JUST BRING THE RECEIPT BACK AND THE FOOD" THEN SHE SNATCHED THE STUFF OUT MY HAND WITH A ATTUIDE ALSO CLOSED THE WINDOW. DO NOT EVER I MEAN EVER COME TO THIS MCDONALD'S I MEAN IT
