Gave me old fries... And you know fries don't taste good when they been sitting.
McDonald's is not doing their best. I just went there tonight and I had ordered a big Mac meal with no pickles and they made my sandwich with 3 pickles.
I mean it's aight, but they do messin up my order a lot
Dirty tables. Attitude from the front staff. I got a table tent #45. I guess they bring it to your table, but not here they call a different number even. Took me two orders called out to realize it was at the pick up counter. Now I don't mind getting my own food but call 45 or don't let people pick a table tent #.
Ordered on the app received a order code went to the cashier and the order was charged to my card. The app said there was a problem on your end, yet wen I spoke to a "manager" I was told " we don't control the app" then walked away. So now I'm out $8+ and God forbid y'all refund the money y'all take in the same amount of time. Horrible customer service by your "manager" does anyone here actually take pride in their job? If I receive a order code and get charged for my food I DEMAND I get the food I ordered or my money back in the same amount of time the money was taken from my account.
I just got a off a 10 hour shift, it’s 4 am, i ordered a medium fry and got this. like i hate to complain everyone works hard great customer service but what is that dude come on
If Zero Stars was an option I'd leave a zero right now.Apparently it is way to hard to order a #7 with no cheese and only ketchup. Both people at both windows act like the understood us and still sent us out with the wrong food. I'm dumbfounded how something so simple can be missed up by numerous people. 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back, and there wasn't even a line.
Jeneane was so rude i was specifically asking to buy something from there and she would not let me. She was yelling and threatening to call the police. That was not very professional of her. Next time I call I will be asking to speak to your manager. Shaking my head. Shape up Iowa McDonald’s.
Got what I expected as far as McDonald's fast food goes. No issues with my lunch. But as I was sitting in the lot eating, I was distracted by a man holding a sign at the street corner asking for help. I know some are struggling and may need to ask for help, I wish I could help them all. It's just not what I want to sit and eat my meal witnessing. I felt selfish for even enjoying my lunch. Hope he gets back on his feet eventually.
-5 stars…. The amount of times we’ve went here and not gotten our order right is ridiculous…. Ordered two sandwiches and two McNuggets. Not a single McNugget was in there. Just tonight. Don’t get me started on the other times they haven’t given us what we paid for. Like we pay for these things get it right. It’s not hard
