Food is good but the drive through wait times are ridiculously long, wait times up to 15 minutes at 11:30 in the morning not even lunch time rush yet!
Food was good, service just okay as we were short a set of silverware to eat with as we went through drive thru and took to park enjoy the weather.
Woman taking orders at drive thru very rude. Got my order wrong, blamed me for "not speaking clearly", slammed the window shut, then gave me an order that was still incorrect. Won't be back.
Wonderful friendly & polite staff, fresh hot chicken cooked just right, clean staff. GREAT JOB !!!
They made our chicken tenders stale so had to remake them and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get our food while the line behind us were getting their food quickly
Food was good but everyone didn't want to work. All the tables were dirty inside while we waited for our food.
Horrible service. Staff was more worried about visiting with each other and customers they knew than working. Waited forever to order and then a while for the food as well. Staff were visiting so loudly we could hear the entire conversation in the lobby.Then we watched an employee take off their gloves to go outside and smoke and then put the gloves back on and blow their nose. Ate their lunch while walking around the restaurant and back and forth in the kitchen.
It was okay I had to wait in line in the Drive-Thru quite a while. They left out somethings for taking the food with like condiments & napkins. Still love the coleslaw.
Place is good place to eat. Order is always right. My only complaint is that there is never any real butter for the biscuits!!
I've been plant-based since 2018 so it's been a while since KFC has seen my business. I've recently enjoyed the Beyond combos on multiple occasions. The food was slightly delayed on my first visit but it was fried fresh. The service was slower on my second visit but the food was quicker making the visits equal. The staff was friendly despite looking a little short staffed. You are appreciated. One day I hope there's enough demand for the Beyond products that KFC dedicates 1 fryer for preparation but that's up to society to keep evolving. If you haven't tried Beyond meat products, here's your opportunity.
