Placed an online order for pick up. When I got home my order was not correct. I then called and told them it was incorrect, could they please remake it. I was told by an employee I don’t know what to do about your order. So I asked who was the manager, she stated it was Cora. I asked if I could speak to her. I was then placed on hold. The same individual came back to the phone and said AGAIN, I don’t know what to do about your order and then hung up on me. I called back, of course they did not answer. Whose customer service I have ever encountered.
Literally the worst service experience I’ve had at any fast food or chain or full service restaurant period. My delivery order was 2 hours late, and after calling to check in on my order, I was STILL told that there was “no estimated arrival time“ for the order. Then when I called, ( in a super chill manner because I literally work in the food industry as well), they had the audacity to be rude to ME. I get totally that the food industry can be frustrating, especially when things out of your control happen while working. But the worker I spoke with was the most unprofessional and careless employee I’ve ever spoken with, and he refused to help me any further nor give me any customer service number to help me rectify the situation.

I’ve been waiting for one sandwich for over an hour now. The store is less than a mile away. Very disappointed and hungry. Wouldn’t call it “Freaky Fast”
Your drivers are the worst and terrible humans! They steal people’s parking spots by doing illegal u-turns in busy downtown and they don’t care if they hit other people or their cars! They also think it is funny and they laugh at people when they do such a thing and mock and give their middle fingers! I know every business is hurting with labor shortage but these guys are more like animals than humans! They also represent your business with a giant sign on top of their cars so you must either do something and train them a lot better or forgot about gaining people’s business and just be another failed business that will have to sadly close doors! This not only happened to our family 3 days ago trying to park by Raygun but it also happened again tonight as we ate at 126 and watched a poor old handicapped person try to park at the space in the front of the store designated for them and some 20 yrs old kid taking their space and thinking it is funny! I spoke on the handicap persons behalf to the driver and he laughed at me with more than 10 people witnessing this and I have wrote both their license plates will file a complaint to your corporate office, that is if they really care to follow up!
