I like Domino's pizza! And I like that they deliver it to my apartment building within a short period of time.
This is the most dedicated team of pizza professionals iv ever encountered. Hands down they are the best dominoes location around ! ☺️☺️My food is always on time (even when I’m not) I’m always beyond satisfied about the service and quality this team delivers ! Thank you for feeding me at 2am ??
They don’t know what customer service is, they act like they are really busy but if you go to the actual location they are all outside smoking cigarettes and look like they haven’t showered in a week. The food is cold, the delivery was over 2 hours long and I only live 5 minutes away from the store. They also do not pay their drivers enough money.
Great service and pizza at this location. My delivery driver on 05/18/2022 to Governor Street @ ~7:30 deserves a raise!

Um not happy they had 15 minutes left and said Is this for delivery or carry out. Whatever. Then did not want to take order. So whatever.Hope it's worth it. Make sure you do things by the books.I hung up over this Iowa City being lazy.
Quote time was 20 minutes past what it was supposed to be, which can be forgiven. When I went back in, I was handed the wrong order. I would have forgiven this mistake if the manager did not try placing the blame on me. Mediocre pizza and bad service.
Cold, slid to one side and paid way to much. Would love to take tip back. I walked to car, driver rolled down passenger window and handed me a pizza that was sitting on seat next to him.?
Was quoted a order ready time of 11:15pm and didn't receive my order till 11:50pm. I ordered at 10:17pm. Very displeased with the time it took to receive my order. Seemed to me that they prioritized delivery over pick up orders. Was told I'd receive a coupon in which I never received also.
There was an issue with where my order was delivered, and when I called the store the manager (whose name I did not catch, unfortunately) was incredibly fast in making sure that they remade my pizza, and then reconfirmed all of my information over the phone to me. Flint, the delivery driver, called me when he arrived so I was able to meet him, and was incredibly nice in a situation that honestly probably was a bit frustrating. I regret not having any cash so I could have tipped him more.In a day filled with frustration, stress and dealing with bad customer service due to another non-pizza related business, this experience made my day a lot better. Thanks again, truly cannot say how much I appreciated this!
