Mid afternoon, Waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes, manager made eye contact a couple times but no one came out. Three chicken strip meals with blizzards, fries and drinks. Blizzards out first, finished them off then found that our meals had been sitting for 15 minutes. Forgot to give us drinks, had to ask. They seemed to be doing something but other reviews look like they ignore both in store and drive through
Ordered a peanut buster parfait while my husband ordered a blizzard. He got his blizzard close to 10 minutes later. I had to ask if I was getting my order because they started telling people they were out of ice cream. I finally got it 20 minutes later. I asked to take the one thing in big freezer since it was the same price and they wouldn’t allow it. Definitely not worth getting off the interstate for.
Went to the nearest Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. Ordered chicken strip basket with cheese curds and my boyfriend ordered a cheeseburger with fries. We also ordered two blizzards. Employee didn’t know how to work the register as she was new, no problem. Got our blizzards within 10 minutes. We watched as another couple ordered, got their food and finished eating all before we got our food. Finally went up to the counter and employee didn’t know there was food sitting up there nor who ordered it (we were one of two groups in the restaurant). We had finished our blizzards and waited more than 30 minutes before finally getting our food, which was all cold. Not worth the wait to remake it. Very disappointed in this visit and will not be returning to this location.
About the only employee I felt was concerned about doing their job was the one cleaning the grounds outdoors. I ordered a blizzard which company policy is to serve upside down, or you got a free one, the employee took at least 8 minutes to make it, handed it to me right side up, and shut the window as if not to care, never to be seen again.. I'll get out of my car and walk up to the seasonal location before coming here again.
Rude service. They ended up being out of half of what we ordered. Waited while traffic piled up with a really small order. The cashier gave us annoyed and sour looks while we waited a long time to get our few items we ordered. We hit the road only to find our fries were cold, onion rings were undercooked, and the bacon on our burger was still rubber. Horrible…….. would have went in to return if we were not already on the road and in a hurry.
Have not had Dairy Queen for lunch in quite awhile and it will be quite awhile again. We all decided to get burgers, usually a good choice. The burgers had little flavor, the only saving grace were the fries! Unfortunately no we did not get icecream this trip sadly.
I was in a company van with my 2 clients who are clearly disabled. The first girl who was at the window had me repeat myself 3 times for 2 receipts. I asked her for napkins twice and not once did she bring me any napkins. Then I honked and a different girl came to the window and started rolling her eyes. And 2 workers were eating fries while they were handling food. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I will let my coworkers know and we can give our business else where.
It was okay. Coustomer service could have been better. Dining area was not the cleanest. Didn't like that other people where leaning over the table I was at to look at picture.
Adding another bad review to this DQ. This place needs a new owner. DQ has been my favorite place to eat for a number of years. I always get chicken strips, cheese curds, and a blizzard. Ever since Covid they have gone downhill.Strips are off brand Walmart tasting chicken, same with the cheese curds. It’s just plain bad. They only had ONE ranch in stock. How is that possible?? They are short staffed (with poor employees), probably due to the fact they aren’t hiring at a competitive wage.Today marks my last time going to this location, that I’ve been going to for years. They were quiet and hard to hear on the intercom, they didn’t have ANY burgers OR ice cream. What a joke. Still, I got the strips and they were once again, horrible. Also the cheese curds. I’m done trying to support this place…
Horrible experience. I asked for my ice cream in a cup just a twist cone, I was served a container with ice cream and a cone shoved into the center of it. I’ve worked the drive thru before I know it can be rough so I went back in & politely asked for a new one. I was served a cup of ice cream not even half way full. It was like 6$ , I understand you may hate your job but the least you can do is properly serve a simple a$$ menu item. Will never come back here.
