They make serving three people in line take 10 minutes somehow, and then when you finally get down the line, they refuse to serve you ingredients that are right in front of you saying that they are for "online orders only." Cool. Thanks for wasting our time. We walked out and are never going back. It was only occasionally worth our time before, anyways.

Ordered a large queso and received this. Chips were INSANELY salty. Completely inedible. Plus they were stale. Burrito was fine. Cold. Not a lot of meat. Overall, I’m so disappointed. Do not recommend.

This specific location is awful. Everyone who works there is blately rude to your face when you come in. When i ordered they were out of veggies and instead of making new ones, told me they just simply didn’t want to make more and my order along with 4 online orders were not getting them just due to them being lazy i guess. This restaurant has given me food poisoning more times than i can count on my fingers. I absolutely love chipotle so i give it a couple months and hope it’ll be fine since i hadn’t been in so long. This restaurant is actually so disappointing it’s almost comical.

We have been ordering from Chipotle since it opened. We’ve always enjoyed their food and service. Today’s order was much different. The food was cold and tasteless. The carnitas was put on the side and not inside the quesadilla. Taco shells were limp and broken. Portion sizes were very small. Not worth the money!

Absolutely sickened by the BUG I discovered in my food AFTER ALMOST CUTTING MY MOUTH WITH A BONE. So, a bone unfortunately happens when you eat meat. Yes, annoying and can be harmful but not uncommon. But a bug is unacceptable!!! But to top of my frustration you call store to get a automated message, trying to get through just to let the manager know of the situation. Nikki gets on to tell me that she’s worked there for two years and have NEVER seen a bug and she wants me to email her pictures. The way she says it comes across as she doesn’t believe me. Which whatever, I just needed the establishment to know what was going on as you can’t fix a problem unless you know what the problem is. She then says “I can’t give you a refund, you have to call the 800”. Seriously, at no point did I ask for a refund. So, now you are just adding insult. But know that you have chosen not to address the problem I will call. I call corporate to be told that the will write up a complaint ticket and someone will return my call in 48hr.SERIOUSLY! This is how your establishment handles a issue in your store by just passing it on and not dealing with it right away. WHAT HAS THIS WORLD COME TOO!!!! ?I still don’t know what kind of insect this is.

This Iowa City location has gone down hill since it first opened. We have gone here for all the years it has been open. We catered two grad parties. We have always been satisfied with both the service and food. Today we ordered takeout and had it delivered. The Doordash driver did not check the order apparently.We are missing 2/6 dishes and 2/4 that did arrive were significantly incorrect. This was particularly difficult because we were having company!A corporate site visit would be a good idea. Also, we used to be able to call the site and now we were unable to get anyone to pick up the phone; after 20 rings it went to a message.Improvements needed!!

Always a hit or miss at this restaurant but after eating here on Sunday I got food poisoning. Do not recommend. There were also like 4 employees in the back and only 1 person doing work up front. Eventually another person came up front when the line grew bigger. Employees in the back didn’t look like they were doing their job either
