Unbelievable! The BWW app is horrible to place an order and use points.Then when I went to pickup my order they tried to charge me again! Said I didn’t pay online but my credit card showed payment.Left the store without food and a charge. Manager was very rude too. Kids.
Every time I come to this place something is wrong. Either the wings are dry, taste funny, or the fries are stale. I accidentally ordered from this location, instead of the Coralville location, after several bad experiences at this location. When I called to cancel my order, Ryan said he'll get it cancelled for me then called me an hour later asking for the last 4 digits of my card number to process the cancellation. I told him that I was driving and couldn't provide that information at the moment, but gave him my order info, and he never processed the refund. I ended up having to contact my bank almost a month later to file a dispute. I wouldn't order from this location if it was the only open location in Iowa.
Food was okay, wings weren't cooked enough.The Blue Hawaiian sunrise drink was green and tasted odd.
The wrong food was delivered, and what was delivered was not of acceptable quality. The wings had been freezer burned, the fries had become a brick, and no sauces accompanied the food. They indicated a refund would be issued, but now a month out, no such refund has been received. If I receive a refund, I will upgrade the rating to 3 stars.
Ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich yesterday. Said no ranch and it arrived with ranch. Ok whatever. Took a bite - looked like it was on the cusp of just cooked, chicken had a rubbery texture, but I was starving so I ate the sandwich. Woke up today feeling nausea, stomach aches, body chills, fatigue, fever, etc. thought I had damn covid so I got a covid test today - came back negative. So looks like Buffalo Wild Wings had salmonella poisoning on the menu. Thanks Bdubs!
No staff, bunch of kids running in and out off the street not eating there, staff on site couldn't care less. Worst one I've ever been to.
I just like to enjoy a large fry and a pop a relax. Did give ya a good reference last time. But what’s the attitude with the woman in the black hair pony tail white female behind the counter 1st I’m not on the registry she better watch that mouth of hers cause it is slander. Than to treat me like crap for something I’m not and to tell me there’s no ketchup really sad I used to, to like going here I’ll find some where else hell with yas

Worst chicken sandwich I ever had. I ordered a Nashville chicken and my friend ordered a crispy chicken sandwich.We had to throw it away! Felt like it was days old chewy chicken patty!Please dont waste your money here!
I just like to go in and relax and enjoy a big order French fries and a pop and watch a little tv. Don’t bother anybody. Staffs been pretty good to me anyway. I enjoy coming back and relaxing. Thanks
