Super delicious lox and bacon bagel.
Not a very vegetarian friendly store as the app or delivery service won't allow me to customize a sandwich with out meat. All sandwiches should be able to take the meat item off to make sandwiches vegetarian.
I always love the different variety of bagels available here along with various options for cream spreads. Jalapeno is my favourite spread and (cinnamon & raisin) is my favourite bagel. Next comes blueberry bagel followed by everything bagel.Garlic bagel is definite no no for me ?
Bagels are delicious. Staff on the other hand is always rude. I come here fairly often and I always experience the staff being rude in some way or another. I have worked with customer service for years and I understand it can be stressful. Although, the way these employees treat their customers in uncalled for
In the past 6 months, every time I have gone to this location my order is made wrong. Every single time. I ask for double toasted and i get it ice cold and untoasted (see photo). I order a breakfast sandwich and they’ll add something random that isn’t supposed to be on it but forget one of the ingredients that is supposed to be on it. I love Bruegger’s, but this location has been disappointing.
Good food. First time there. But employee Lisa was very rude to myself and my fiancé. When I paid for a large coffee and she gave me a medium, I pointed it out, and she poured it into a large cup, added ice, and handed me back the coffee. Steer clear if you see her.
I recommend cinnamon sugar bagel with plain cream cheese and campfire mocha coffee. There were signs posted that masks were preferred and their eat in area was closed for public use currently.
Stopped here about 7am to grab breakfast before work. Service wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly good either. 3 bagels with cream cheese ended up costing $9! Took about 10 minutes to get my order, which is longer than my entire commute.
Very friendly staff, but the bagels are sub-par. Definitely not the authentic New York bagels proclaimed. Also, ask for yours to be double toasted if you want it to be toasted at all.
