Would give 0 stars if i could. Started a tab and they took my card. Then when i went to close it they said they didn’t have my card. The employees told me i should CANCEL my card. After asking 3 different people where my card was, finally i had someone finally look through the cards and find it. How are you going to lose someone’s card???? DO NOT COME HERE
Went to meet up with friends on the outside patio, open table no wait time and the owner (I believe so) ushered us out and told us to leave bcuz I had a Starbucks drink. Rude staff
This place saved us… after we went to a vegan restaurant, and then we were still craving bacon. The potato skins were amazing here!
I love this place. Staff is amazing and is always welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience at Bo James. The quesadillas are a 10/10!! From what I’ve seen, the waitresses are pretty good looking;)
Bo James has been my favorite place to go since the start of my undergrad at Iowa. All the staff are great and easy to get along with! Would highly recommend a visit next time you’re in Iowa City.
Great bar, love the big as beers for 4$. The customer service is awesome. Recommend to people visiting Iowa city.
I love the Buffalo chicken wrap. Tasted as well as I’ve I had my personal chef, Chef Gordon Ramsey, make it himself.

Delicious food, I got nachos and they were “bussin”. My server was a great young gentleman, Caleb, who was quick with his service and very courteous. Five stars.
