Hey ran out of gyro sauce but they were still good.
Recently went thru drive thru. Young man.working was very uninterested in proving customer service. I ordered Pecan Chicken Salad in a bowl, no bread and a Classic Roast Beef and a large drink. When I got to window to pay he simply took my card and closed the window behind. When I.checked my bag there was no straw, no fork. Asked for a fork and Arbys sauce. It was a real chore by his expression to provide that to me. Won't be returning to this location till they get better help.
Large order, made perfectly. Friendly workers and always have a smile. Thanks
Just not like it used to be.. but still good in a pinch. Definitely better than most other options of equal status.
They lost our business tonight. We walked up to the door and it was locked. If the lobby isn't going to be open, they need to put a sign on the door stating that. I was all set for a big roast beef. So disappointing.
Slow and 2 out of 5 times forgot to give me a straw in the last 2 years. Awful drive through design. Decent food though.
Great food at goods prices and staff is friendly and helpful. Would eat there again!
What's so hard about giving a guy crinkle fries, outside of that their service is good.
03/03/2022 8:30 pm I'm a professional driver pulled up in 18 wheeler. Lobby CLOSED, Drive thru ONLY. I CALLED the restaurant first attempt somebody picked up the phone then immediately hung it up, I called AGAIN rung MULTIPLE times NO answer. Drive thru line wrapped around the building, FREEZING COLD weather condition & UNSAFE to expect professional drivers to STAND OUTSIDE wait between other vehicles to place order. That's absurd, totally UNACCEPTABLE!Won't EVER come back here.
There is no Arby's in the town I live in so when I get the chance a sandwich and curly fries from Arby's can't be beat and this Arby's is top notch!
