Go anywhere else. Employees do not care. When they don’t mess up your order, they’ll still find a way to ruin the experience. Wasn’t given my receipt so I can’t leave feedback with corporate. Ordered a vanilla frosty instead of a drink, and I got a still frozen lump of chocolate ice cream that is too thick to drink. Had they bothered to blend it, I’m sure it would’ve been better. Ordered a lot of chicken nuggets, got home a few minutes later and they were cold, dry and gross and I can’t even wash it down with the frosty because it’s still frozen. They didn’t forget the barbecue sauce though this time so that’s good. Will be avoiding this place at all costs.
This restaurant is disgusting. Sticky floors and dirty tables. I hate eating here.
Went to Wendy's today for lunch. They have very special lady named Robin there. She is great for public relations. She makes your visit feel special. My grandson and I had a nice time. Thanks to the crew and Robin. ???

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Stay away. Waited over 25 minutes for our order that was never started for our party of 2. Our order was nothing out of the ordinary, just a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a double cheeseburger combo.8 other customers that were ordered after ours got their orders, which 2 came back wrong. Those customers were not happy at all.You see lots of things waiting over 25 minutes. Finally asked for our money back which they did give us but no real apology was given.Another party of 2 that ordered right after me waited just as long as us. They were asking for their money back too. I don't think I'll be back to this location.

They got my whole order wrong I had to go through drive-thru not once but twice
My experience was beyond unacceptable. I had ordered 2 separate orders through the drive through, drove all the way home to find out they were missing my second order. I drove back and stated I needed my second order, they gave me a bag and as I was pulling off I was checking if the order was correct , it still wasn’t… I had to back up in the drive through line and get the rest of my order. Horrible
Food tasted stale or old, almost always short staffed and even then can't get my order right. I asked the guy before I left if everything was in the bag and he assured me it was, just to get home and find out I was charged for food I never received. I decided to call and see what could be done at least refund that charge for something I never received and manager didn't want to hear it, just making excuse to which I have seen him do that to other people before and then he just hung up on me.First couple bad experiences I let slide but to just take my money and make excuses and not want to refund a charge and mistake made on their behalf? Nah, don't recommend at all and I wouldn't be surprised if they close down soon with that type of management and staff.
