We were shorted a double cheeseburger in the drive through line but didn’t discover it until we were home about ten miles away. I called, and the person I talked to asked if we wanted to come back and get it or if we would prefer a coupon for a free meal. We opted for the coupon (who wants to drive 10 miles out of their way to pick up a cheeseburger?). He asked for my address and said that he would send it. The coupon never arrived, so I called a second time to report. The manager said she would send it out right then, taking my address once more. A week later, still no coupon. I’m trying to decide if I want to call again and be a nagging nuisance until I get the coupon or let it go with this poor review. Either way, we will not visit this Wendy’s again.
This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Wendy's. First off, you order your food, then you get your food, you review your food and you notice it has no veggies? You bring this to the attention of the worker and ask, "where's the veggies?".. and they respond...we don't have any tomatoes and haven't had any in over 3 months? ? Instead of them telling you this BEFORE you place an order, they WAIT until YOU place your order and YOU find the problem with your order instead of stating the obvious beforehand. No disrespect intended, but you do NOT need a G.E.D. to figure this out? Whoever this MGR or GM is at this location needs to be FIRED...IMMEDIATELY!!! As well as the tattooed/pierced girl that works here. How in America does a National franchise NOT have veggies? Not meat, not bread...but something as simple as tomatos? Then the question becomes, why doesn't the manager or gm go to a farm, go to Walmart, Hyvee, Fareway or hell, even go to a farmer's market. This is inexcusable!
Absolutely worst experience I've had with fast food yet.. I work doordash. Had to come back through 3 times to get the order right. Had to tell them everything that was missing, which was MORE than HALF the order! Absolutley RIDICULOUS they WEREN'T EVEN BUSY!
I called Dubuque's 16th street location just to make sure they were still open (bc many restaurants have staffing issues and tend to close earlier than posted) and the male that answered the phone said, "well if you looked up our number you can see online when we close". How rude and disrespectful of someone asking a simple and legitimate question.
After multiple times of coming and getting a simple meal. Chicken nuggets and french fries. I always ask for ranch and barbecue, and yet it seems to be very hard to look up at the screen and read the order. I get working in fast food, i’ve been there but I’ve always went out of my way to make sure the customers order is right. Not being able to put a couple dipping sauces in the bag??? Come on
Ordered a hamburger and they put cheese on it. Also I know fish flies are gross but acting like their staff does about it is a bit ridiculous. Tossing the food out the drive thru window. Not impressed.
We had a quick easy stop on our way home from visiting family in another stateNot only did we have great service but the nicest smiles on all of the faces who were working behind the counterGreat prep job of my bacon cheeseburger and they served me fresh hot french fries.I also ordered a Frosty and I asked for half chocolate half strawberry telling them I wanted a chocolate covered strawberry for dessert. It was delicious and again great service
Very unprofessional....they messed my order up 3 times in row. Didn't notice until home. They don't take any accountability for mistakes when I call. They want receipt they don't give you. When trying to inform them of mess up I got hung up on...too bad..I love there food....But I am done!! Oh by the way next time you forget to put onions on burger. Just tell me you forgot instead of telling me you ran out at 1 pm in afternoon.

We had a large group, and they were quick and so polite!! The food was fresh! I’m very impressed!! Really good experience!!
