Sat in drive-thru for 25 mons as the second car at the window. I actually sat so long I called the store to ask what was going on. The man that answered apologized and blamed "technical difficulties"i told him that we are locked in the driveway because of how the set up is at the store and asked him if he can have cars pull through and park up front at least. He said he would figure something out. About 3 mins later the food came out the window for the car in front of us. Immediately after that our food was served and we saw them reach their arm out to the car behind us and theirs was ready also. Then after that long wait for a 6 pack and a pound of hard shell tacos with just meat and cheese (as show on the receipt), of course they had lettuce on them. Yes I picked the lettuce off but the point was after waiting 28 mins from the time I ordered and waited for the ONE Car in front me. The whole 6 hard shell tacos with just meat and cheese was too complicated to even get right. This location always has a very slow drive thru, I always expect 10 to 15 mins to be normal, when it got to 25 mind and two cigarettes later, I was very upset at the blatant disrespect of their customers time. I have had enough of this location, the tacos are good but I can make tacos faster then that! We stopped for Fast Food that was slow, cold and wrong. I am very disappointed in the management team at this location for allowing this known drive thru issue to get this bad.
Waited over 20 minutes for the wrong food… when I called Richard said I couldn’t get a refund.. completely ridiculous…
We had to wait for our food, but it was fresh and great. We had the new chicken
Arrived at 7pm, sign said dine in open till 8. Front door was locked, employee waved us around to side door which was also locked, then would not answer phone and ignored us outside.

Faith completely restored in humanity while dining in today! Witnessed one of the shift leaders (Heidi maybe?) pull out her own wallet to pay for a meal for someone who was short $$. Completely selfless act and it was incredibly kind. Food was great, atmosphere was clean and well maintained. Great job. Bless that kind hearted woman.
The employees where so nice to me an the food hit the spot for me!! :) I have told at least 6 of my out of town friends that l feel like I have been treated right when I have come through Taco John's door an have no doubt my friends will feel the same way! Thank you Taco John's.
I love tjs. Had the munchies and didn't know where taco bell was, but I'd rather eat taco John's anyway. Made the kitchen laugh with a joke and then enjoyed my food.
Manager caught they made my Tacos wrong...had to wait a few extra minutes however I was happy to eat what I ordered!
Staff is nice sometimes they get really busy but what place doesn't. The drive through is kinda short but otherwise the food there is great!
