Watch your change and look at receipts going through drive thru, they are taking 5 off the top and giving wrong change. Ask how i know.
Lady in front took 20 minutes to get her food. Then when we finally got up to the window the guy working through the food bag at us and the food in the bag was thrown everywhere and the nacho supreme was supposed to have no tomatoes but in fact they put tomatoes
Tried to walk in to order, door still locked for lobby (I assume because of Covid?) went to drive thru and sat in line for 30 mins just to get to the order area to be told they had no beef!!! It was about 6pm during the week last week I went. Out of beef?! We left. And wasted nearly 30 mins for nothing. Get your ordering figured out and OPEN YOUR LOBBY! We saw multiple people trying to go in that night (drive thru line was awful because of no restaurant being open!) Disgraceful representation of a national chain. Must get new management!
will never go to this taco bell againwas there about 11:45 pm on ThursdayJune 9th. ordered a beef chalupa.total was 4.38. gave the cashier 5.38.so she gives me my bag but no change. I said where's my dollar. she said is it in the bag. . it's not. she says are you sure. again.i look. nopethen she said . well I'll have to get my manager do you want me to? or maybe it fell under your car. opened the door. didn't see it.when I was cashiering we were taught to give the change back first.so I just paid an extra dollar for a chalupa.and it wasn't even good.what has happened to customer service.by the way. I just left. felt like I was bothering her. bad, bad, service
Food was great I just wish they allowed dine in. That is the only reason it received 3 stars. 5 stars all day for everything else
I usually really like Taco Bell but at this particular location the service is awful. I've had employees refuse to take orders, seen half the staff outside smoking, and seen them close hours early on multiple occasions. Go to the other Taco Bell in town.
You go at a regular time like for lunch or dinner, okay fine. Breakfast? Nah. What’s the point of serving breakfast if y’all don’t open until like 10? Drove in Tuesday at 9:40. Some girl sitting outside the back door on her phone. Cars in the parking lot. But I roll up to the speaker and someone/some recording says “due to short staffing” they don’t open until 10. Seriously? I just wanted a dang breakfast Crunchwrap ?
The guy taking orders through the drive thru was really good. The way service should always be. Friendly, patient and a breath of fresh air.
Got off of work early and I was hungry. Now granted it was 12:30 when I showed up to the drive through, but Google and a few of my cp workers had said that this restaurant doesn't close till 1. I pull up to the speaker and the lady had said sorry but they were closed. Absolutely ridiculous for an establishment to close before the advertised time. I will not be coming back here again
Bad service was waiting in line for at least 25-30 minutes I’m the drive thru with 9 people in line and 4 people who left. Would not go again?
