Made me a salad and they forgot the salad part, just cheese and some chicken in a bowl
4/20/22 - Small wait for service. Lady behind the counter clearly looked sick and was wiping her nose on her forearm while making sandwiches. It took her 22 minutes to make a meatball sandwich. I would have overlooked being sick and lengthy wait, but I asked for a receipt and upon inspecting the system involuntarily gave them a $1.09 tip. I would like to get that resolved thank you.4/21/22 - update. I'm sick now.
Came in with my daughter to grab a sandwich at 12:20 on a sunday afternoon. We were greeted with smiling voices. The store was clean and orderly even behind the counter. The sandwich makers did a great job and the manager on duty kept her calm despite the fact the phone was ringing, mobile orders were coming and so were more customers. Keep doing a great job, this was our best experience here!
Overall good experience with great service right until the end when the worker made a comment about him not liking me because he thought I was gonna beat my girlfriend with the sandwich I ordered, other then this good experience but I will not order from this store anymore if this employee is working when I walk in
Great customer service! I've always liked Subway, but in the last couple of years, mainly because of Covid probably, there's been a huge increase in online orders. However they don't higher more staff or enlarge the size of their work area to handle the increased business (which could of course be the result of fewer people wanting to go back to work)You can walk in and maybe only see five or six people ahead of you, but in fact there could be 10 to 20 people in actuality because of the online orders they have to fill.
Subway on JFK in Dubuque is a favorite of ours. Not only do they treat everyone with respect and are efficient, but they wear masks to protect us from Covid-19. KUDOS TO THEM!
I don't even understand how it happened, but I got the wrong order. I saw them make my sandwich and when they handed me the bag there was someone else's order. When I noticed this, I was almost home. Called them and they were rude as hell. The gave the excuse that they were "busy" even though there were only just a couple of people there. AVOID this place. The staff are rude and will never be returning.
We loved the service, the lady worker was very patient with my kids. Loved the service she provided for my family
Always a good fresh sandwich, but be sure you ask about coupons & options. In the past I could get a 6 inch on a wrap vs. bread without there being an up charge or inability to use a coupon for a 6 inch sandwich. Its a good value, but always like to use coupons for added savings.
Got a couple of subs and the service was fast and I was in and out in about 5 mins or less. Great subs!!
