Slow & disappointingThere is a sign reminding customers that they are short staffed and the ones who showed up are doing their best, but they are extremely slow. I waited in line for over 15 minutes, and then a guy came in for a pickup order he was expecting to be done, so they had to start making those sandwiches before mine.. The couple ahead of me opted not to get some veggies because they were on a time crunch and didn't want to wait for them to refill the items. I got a soda, not knowing they were out of ice and the soda was flat. Food was average.
Great staff, good product. There was a bit of a wait-but staffing is problematic EVERYWHERE. 2 staff w/ a 3rd arriving during visit-right at lunch time 12N!Unfortunate that traffic pattern & neighboring businesses have made access a challenge. Even though directly off major Hwy & across from a college, it is not easy nor direct to get to.
No problems even though there was only one employee working at the time. She was working hard and was attentive.

They no longer take any coupons of any kind but there still sending coupons in the mail for there location. It's B.s and wrong. It's a wast of trees and ur the only subway in town and not everyone can afford to eat out and coupons also help us save money. So I'm not going to u cause ur no longer taking coupons u still send out in the mail. It's just plain money greedy.
Ordered online. Big mistake!!! Ordered 4 sandwiches. 2 were made correctly. 1 was missing bacon, the other was missing vegetables and sauce.The guy on the phone offered to fix the sandwiches if I brought them back to the store. Nice gesture.....not even close to ideal with 4 hungry kids.
Food good, service okay. Didn't need to see employees looking at phones and getting lectured by the manager
Polite staff. Good service. Made great accommodations. I needed my vegetables cut up small, and that was no problem. I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing them.
The best Subway in Dubuque. Everything is well portioned like I ordered and friendly staff.
