This place was great! It was clean and the employees were very nice and jovial! Thanks starbucks,... I needed a good cup!

It’s never open! They are ALWAYS out of pretty standard things like Venti cups, straws, caramel crunch. It’s SO frustrating to go there during business hours and they are closed!
I was so excited to get my fix. We were promptly greeted by three people who all told us they would help on a moment and then continues to do stocking instead of helping us. When the cashier finally asked for my order I asked for black tea with a splash of almond milk and 1 stevia. I had to repeat my self 4 times for her to get it!!! I knew something was off but I let it go. I then received my drink and waited the appropriate amount of time before it cooled only to be disappointed in having a full almond milk beverage with very little tea. When I called the manager to complain she told me there was nothing she could do to help unless I wanted to drive back to Iowa from Illinois to get it refreshed. I ended up calling corporate to get my refund. Over all I was completely disappointed.
This Starbucks is constantly closed. It’s 1pm on a Wednesday and they are closed. They were closed yesterday before 2:30pm. Constantly out of items such as cups! Never have the syrups other Starbucks have. The only thing that makes this Starbucks have business is the drive thru, but that never seems to be open anymore. Disappointing.

I used to love coming here to study and the drinks are always good, but they always have their lobby closed. It’s extremely disappointing when I can’t find a place to study because the library at my college is currently closed for remodeling. So now I have no where to study.
A publicly traded corporate owned burnt taste… What’s not to love? They’ve only bastardized every international drink style possible. They don’t even know how to make a real macchiato. Support local, resist Socialism. Think about it.
the peppermint white choc mocha is the best, but unfortunately the location today didnt have it...
Decent coffee, but you better take a vacation day waiting for it lol
