First visit.. food was good. We decided to eat inside as too hot to eat in car. The small dining room was dirty with no cleaned tables. We used the bathrooms which were extremely dirty. The towel dispenser in the men's was barely hanging on one screw plus it was empty. My wife went to use women's bathroom and didn't because it was disgusting and decided not to use it. Even though the building is fairly new, it badly needs care and clean up.

I decided to visit my cousin who works here and ordered a number 2 combo and a cheeseburger on the side and a chocolate shake the food wasn't bad but it took awhile to get the food the fries were a tad salty. The price was very awesome and I'll go back to visit my cousin and get a shake again but food might be awhile !!!

This place is terrible. Drove up to one of the order kiosks outside. Pressed the button to order. 9 minutes later someone finally comes on and takes the order. I placed my order. No confirmation just radio silence. We had a rather large order so I thought maybe they were making food. Meanwhile 10 cars go through regular drive through. Finally press the button again. Girl comes on and asks to take my order. I said we already ordered. She said they were short staffed, I said forget it, I will eat somewhere else. The girl told me good, don’t come back. Super professional. This place is the worst, I don’t care if they are short staffed.

Zero stars if I was able to do so. Had to repeat myself multiple times because ordering my food followed by silence and long pauses. I could hear what sounded like horseplay in the background. I get it, I was young once and still provided good customer service. Our food was barely warm and the tots tasted like they had been cooked in month old cooking oil.I hadn't been to a Sonic in years because they're not in my area. Thank so much for ruining that craving for tots with a decent burger.

Terrible!!!!!I ordered from the App at 4:15pm and didn’t get my order until 5pm!!! 2 slushes and Tator tots shouldn’t take 45 minutes to make!! Sonic says to use the App because it’s faster-meanwhile everyone in the drive-thru are getting their orders. I paid $8 (I’m so stupid for giving a $2 tip!!!) for 2 half melted slushes (photos are how much slush we had left after pouring out all the melted liquid) and tots that were lukewarm!!! Never again!

I ordered through the Sonic mobile app... when I arrived, it took 15 minutes for my order to be brought to me. When it finally arrived, my order was missing an item, but, I wasn't told about it until I asked where the item was. Not only that, the burger I'd ordered came out cold and barely recognizable. Very disappointed in how far this store has dropped off. It used to be one of my favorite fast food spots in Dubuque. Now, it seemingly has turned into just about how everything in this podunk town is... average.

My children went to pick up our order that was placed through the app. When they arrived they ordered something extra and asked for the order. They brought what my boys ordered out and stated the order was almost done.Mind you 30 minutes later I text my kids to see what’s going on. They go the order but drinks and other items were missing. They bring out the drinks. My son then had to walk up and in the get the other items missing.I call to see what is going on and speak to Andrew the manager.I am asking what the deal was because now we are going to be eating cold food, since my order was supposed to be ready by 5:07 according to the app and it is now almost 6:00 pmHe tells me that I am wrong and there was no way my children were sitting there that long and had to wait and ask for the order to be fixed more than once. And then this guys hangs up on me. So I call back and the girl who picks up the phone immediately states that I can call back when the general manager is there at seven.Real cute.Talk about poor customer service. I will not be going back to this location.

We placed our order for a shake and a blast at 12:05. Went directly to the window and paid and there was 2 cars at the hop area. We waited until 12:20 for someone to attempt to hand us sodas out the window when I told her we just had an ice cream order. I understand that places are short staffed but waiting over 20 minutes for a shake. We won’t be back. They just kept looking out the window at us also.

I had the worse service and experience at this Sonic location ever! Ordered in one of the drive up stalls two kids meal cheeseburgers, order of Chilli cheese totts and a shake. 45 minutes later we get our food with no apology and when asked got no response. The milk shake was half melted meaning it had been sitting for awhile. Asked for a replacement shake which they took back then 10 minutes later came back to ask what milk shake we ordered. At that point we asked for our money back. We got a five dollar bill handed to us for a $5.09 shake before taxes again with no apology. We were so done we didn't even wanted to argue about the correct amount. I like Sonic but not this location.
