The worst food I ever had, the Chicken was soo salty couldn't eat it, the Pizza Crust was very soggy??? Also the vegetables were not very flavorable.
Since they added the game room it's more crowded but still great food! Game room is nice but there's always a line to cash in your points for prizes, so be prepared to wait and have people pushing around/past you.
The buffet has been empty for almost 15 minutes. The restaurant is a complete wreck. I get being busy but this is ridiculous. It will be our last visit to THIS Pizza Ranch.
Employees are rude and lazy. Place is disgusting. The health department needs to be called. Bugs in the salad bar, nothing looks clean.
Food is really good! They need 2 get out food more quickly. People don't like 2 sit there and wait. Staff always friendly.
I would definitely recommend this place!! We have been there twice in a month and the food was sooooo good. The wait staff was so fast, tables were cleaned really fast, dirty plates were always taken!! Everyone was so nice!! We will be back again and again!! The only suggestion I would give is to have a few more traditional pizzas {sausage or pepperoni}. My family doesn't care for all those different kinds of pizzas. I left there full to the brim!!!!! Thank you!!!

The food is good. Decent salad bar. Good pizza. Good fried chicken. The problem is the staff. The cashiers, in general, make you feel like they would rather be ANYWHERE else. Unfriendly.
Brought my family of 9 today. To start off, we couldn’t even get tables together because they wouldn’t clean them. The young girl told me to find one and drag it to where there was room! We then go to grab drinks and there was a crew of 6 kids together throwing ice, dumping out what they already poured, just flat out making a mess. I told the two young girls At the register what was happening and nothing was done. I then get my food. The whole food area was a disaster, food everywhere including the floor, we had to watch our step due to all the food on the floor. The people at surrounding tables were so loud, my family couldn’t even talk to each other and the young kids working just stood there. Not to mention, our tables just weren’t very sanitary. My kids swam at the water park all day and were starving otherwise I would have just left and went elsewhere. Will not be returning!!!
Ive been here twice, the first time the food was gross looking and tasted how it looked.. im all about giving second chances so tried it again.. Food had been sitting and was barely even warm. The chicken was still partially bloody and most of the staff was rude. Definitely do not recommend to anyone.
