Ordered delivery, and while not every experience I've had at this restaurant in the past was perfect, this experience and the ones I've had in the past few months have been perfect. Delivery took probably 20 minutes at most from the moment I placed my order to the moment it arrived, which is probably the fastest I've ever had pizza be delivered. The drivers have always been very friendly. The food arrived like it had just gotten out of the oven right before leaving, not hot enough to burn my mouth, but perfect temperature for eating right away. I like the cajun wings, but they tend to not have as much seasoning as I'd like, but dry rubs are tough to season chicken with. It was an acceptable amount of seasoning this time though. Food tasted great, came very fast, and for a great price. Highly recommend giving them a chance!
Order pizza a hour an half ago it's 30 mins late already.. when I called the store lady picked up an rudely said it's on the way. I usually have great service but no update saying we're running late.. no apologies for the it being late.. ridiculous
Ordered delivery, had a hour wait which was fine. Driver got here didn't have a pen for me to sign with but wouldn't give me the food without signing. Wings were supposed to be honey BBQ but they came damn near dry. Pizza was cold. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
My wife order form here and had to wait all most 30 mins after it was already on delivery and e only stay a mile from the store
This place is an absolute disappointment! First time going to this one. I will not pay for anything else here. I went in to get my pizza and the steps are so messed up that I tripped and ripped open my toe. Then I go in and nobody greets me. One girl went to answer the phone and there was a man at the oven. She had her back to me for 5 minutes. She finally turned around to tell me just a minute. Another man walked through, looked at me, and walked away. I stood there for about 10 minutes total. Terrible customer service. I ordered sausage and mushroom pizza in a dinner box. There were some tiny pieces of mushroom on the whole pizza. The cheesesticks were really hard. They tasted like they were sitting there forever. Some of them tasted like cinnamon. The sauce that came with it was half full. It was all very low quality. I’ve never had a really bad experience at Pizza Hut until now. I will be calling the manager tomorrow to complain.
I tried to make a an order and it didn't go through and It still took the money. So I called them and the order didn't go through the total was 23$ something and it took out 26$. That was all I had
First time ordering from here, usually I don't like Pizza Hut but I decided to give this one a try. The food was great. Didn't have much of a wait time, and the delivery driver was friendly. The big dinner box is awesome, definitely will be ordering from here again.
Very rude manger I heard from alot of people that they had called for a interview she don't call back right away and when she does she's very rude to them says something and Juat hangs up on them and they wonder why they don't get the help they need
Do not order from here. It’s no wonder Pizza Hut is going bankrupt with employees like this. Hour and a half later and still no pizza. They didn’t have a problem taking my money though. The GM is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Hung up on me twice for asking where my pizza was. 90 minutes later and “the driver left five minutes ago”
I was able to order the pizza early at my convenience, it arrived on time, & was hot and delicious. .
