Papa Oz was a Great place when it first open up they a great staff of waitresses but not any more I went a few times and the friendliness is just gone you tell they are there just for the tips now very dismissive and today was my last day going here I took my family there and it wasn’t very busy at all A bunch of elderly people as usual but when we walked in we sat down for ten minutes and was not even acknowledge so we unfortunately had to get up and leave and take are hunger and business some where else. Very poor service.
First time here today, heard great things about it and it lived up to the hype!! Very fast service and very good! The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly and my wife live her peach waffles!!! Will be back again!
Had been there several times and service and food good Went a week ago with 4 friends and service was terrible! Server didn't come to check on us I had to wave her down They were not as busy as other times I'd gone. My friend got grilled chix sandwich. It was overcooked and hard When server finally came back my friend told her about it and asked if she could get something else We couldn't believe it when server said she'd have to check!!! When she came back she said she could order something else Of course by then the rest of us were done eating so my friend had to wait and eat. Then when bill came she got charged for the chix sandwich! They didn't charge her for 2nd order BUT THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE CHARGED HER AT ALL!!! I tried to call manager few hours later and was rudely told Hes not here! I know my friend won't be back and probably I won't either Server acted like she couldn't have cared less
I was missing 3 of my 5 entrees. One of the entrees I did get was the stir fry and it was horrible. Ended up having to get food elsewhere after grubhub wouldn't do anything to help and we couldn't get through to the store. We really love the gyros there so it is really sad we won't be going there anymore.
The food is good just don't go there when it is busy. Went for fish on a Friday night l sat at a table for over 15 minutes until they noticed me.. placed my order and waited almost half an hour until l realized that the people who arrived after l had were getting their orders. I paid for my drink and left. Sorry,there was no excuse for that nor any apology given.
Affordable prices, great service, and friendly atmosphere. The food is of adequate quality, it is delivered quickly, and the waiters and waitresses are constantly friendly.
Good food and our waitress was very polite. However, another employee was rude. We arrived and it was busy. We were patient. We found a seat and waited over five minutes. The table was not cleaned yet. We asked the younger male employee if someone could clean the table and he stated “you guys just arrived out of nowhere. If you can’t realize we are busy”. We were polite and very patient. He didn’t clean the table and didn’t come back with our coffees. We flagged down a waitress after about ten minutes of waiting. She was awesome. The young man seemed bothered by some customers and acted very very informal. I’ve worked in food and with his temperament I’d keep him away from customers when busy. If it weren’t for the waitress I would not recommend this place. We tipped her well.
Get the yeeroh... geerow.. ji-ruh.. heero.. whatever it is. It's delicious. Gyro. Yum.

We hadn’t been here since relocating from the Pointe. It was super busy yesterday, Sunday. Our server was great, you would have never known how busy she was by her great attitude and professional service. Wish I knew her name to make sure she got recognition. Food came out fast and was delicious and very good portions. Definitely will be back soon. Awesome breakfast. Thank you!
