I really wanted papa John's and drove 30 min to get there. I put the order in, said 15 min until ready then left. I walk in, wait 5 min for someone to talk to me, then said its going to be another hour. Can't believe if they are that backed up it doesn't say that online. Very dissapointed. Ruined my night.
Call center lady was the rudest person I've ever incountered with papa John's. The actual restaurant is fantastic!
So usually I don’t do any reviews but I order from here often and EVERY time I order food they rush my order, food looks none appealing at all! I always have to remind them to put my peppers with my pizza. They always forget my Soda as well! Today I ordered a XL pizza and omg it was terrible I called to complain because I always let them just continuously mess up my food and just deal with it or be out of money for something I never enjoy. They remade my order and when they arrived the guy asked for the other pizza back. Of course I didn’t want it but my son ate majority of the pizza. I think that was very unprofessional asking for something back that was already delivered when you guys aren’t gonna do anything but toss it.
Pizza took 3hrs to deliver and was after closing time. It shouldn't be almost 3am when I receive my pizza ordered midnight. Was starting to think i was out 22 bucks. Still tipped but this is why drivers don't get tips!!! No worth it i will buy a frozen next time!
Not bad pizza, if you have 2.5 hours to waist. This is the last time we have papa johns.
They were very speedy . The only thing is is I asked for them to send me a text to call me when you're on your way or almost to my place and I didn't so I don't know how long my food is sitting outside my door and it's winter before I went and checked for food sitting on stage.it was good
Pizza was not great. I’m assuming the kitchen is not clearing the pan/stone before cooking the next pizza. We had something on the bottom of our pizza that shouldn’t have been there. They also gave us someone else’s food when we left. We got to the car saw it was more than we ordered and took it back in. My son loved the wings.
Night manager Adam is an absolute gem. Sign on the door said no walk in orders after 10pm but my gf and I came in at 11:15pm for a pizza and breadsticks and even though he was alone and cleaning he greated us brightly and with customer service that is rare even during normal hours. Adam brought our food to our car after only 12 minutes and when we asked him what we could do for him he simply replied "leave me a nice review" he could've asked for a tip. Well done Papa Johns. 5 stars
Pizza looked like someone sat on the thing, sauce cups were smashed on the top of it. Called to complain and the kid who answered was rude. Will never order from here again.
Excellent thin gluten-free crust pizza and tender chicken poppers. Love it!Plus warm chocolate chip cookies or brownies right from the oven.
