A nice, typical Panera. The staff was friendly, it was clean, and the food was good!
Absolute slop without exaggeration the worst restraunt I've ever been to.Turkey tastes like it came straight out of the freezer, the bread is soggy and cold and the lettuce tastes stale.
I am on a restrictive diet, which makes ordering out more difficult. I get a little anxiety when I order because I don’t want to be “that person” … I asked if something was possible and the woman working the drive thru’s answer literally made my day!! I couldn’t see her name tag, but thank you!! Thank you for being so awesome!!! It’s my birthday today and you made me smile!! Thank you!!
Stopped by with a few of our employees after a conference we had down in Iowa. We were all tired from the trip and eager to get our food and sit down for a bit in the dining room. There was an adult(manager?) at the register and as soon as she saw our group of 8 walk In we were met with glares by her. She continued to try and rush us, even though we were the only ones in line. After we got our food, her and another coworker running the cash register continued to glare at us throughout the first ten minutes after we sat down. So much so that we felt inclined to leave. Please stop hiring people that dislike other people, to do customer service work. Its in their job description to help customers.
I had ordered a soup pick up today. I was text it was ready. Got there and there was no soup. Let staff know. They stated it has been happening alot. They got me a new order and I got back to work to find out it was only chicken broth, no noodles, carrots or chicken. This is not the first time for poor service .
Food was good, new Thai soup & citrus salad!Overall store conditions need a little love.

French onion soup. No cheese, bread on the side I had to cut, then add my own cheese.. Green Goddess salad. Barf. $13. Would give a zero. I'm out.
First time trying Panera today. It was not at all what we were expecting. Every table was gross and not cleaned and food was cold, disgusting, and worse than airport food. Employees “cleaned” the bathroom in the same apron they ran out food to the order pickup. ?
Go through the drive through for soup and mac n cheese (probably one of their most popular sides). They tell me there will be a wait (okay, that’s fine). I get up to the window and tell me that they won’t let me wait for the mac n cheese because they don’t want to hold up their drive through line (which I understand). They adamantly told me that they won’t let me wait for the food, and told me I can have broccoli mac or no side (I’m allergic to broccoli). They should have parking spots for people waiting in their drive through (for this situation), and they shouldn’t be running out of their most popular side. Pay attention and make more as supply gets low. Rude staff, won’t listen to customers.
