Went here with my bro and sis, yeah it was fast service and the food was hot and the employees were nice. I'll always come back to this one ?
Didn't have mild sauce for our burritos..not everyone can eat hot sauce,,they never have the mild sauce at any of the McDonald's we've been to in Iowa!!!
Using the app is the best way to get your food at McDonald's. It is easy and quick. Just go through the drive through, give them your code and proceed to pick up. The app also offers great deals you won't get on the regular menu. For example, through the end of May, one of the deals is 2 any size fries free with purchase of a 20 piece nugget.So go get the app!This location in Platteville has done very well getting my orders together. They have been quick, efficient and my food is always hot.
Worst McDonald's in Dubuque, my burger was barely cooked. If you have a few minutes to spare you'd be better off going to the JFK location.

They're the worst McDonald's I've ever ate ate, mess up your order EVERYTIME you go there. They're super rude, have terrible attitudes. 10/10 DONT recommend.
Food was fresh, and fast. The way fast food should be. McDonald's isn't the most healthy but when you have a half hour lunch and you need something to get you through the night, this place has you covered.
This location is not the one to go to if you're just trying to get an iced tea. They never pull people forward who have a long order or a special order so you're stuck in line for 15-20 minutes. They also never say thank you.
Every time my order is missing something, sometimes a whole value meal. When I call, I am told to go back with receipt... problem is I live 20 minutes away. Bad/sloppy food doesn't justify the gas; it would cost me.
The morning crew is fantastic, great service and food comes out fairly quick. After about 5pm though it’s hot or miss at best, some lights the manager is just plain rude to customers. Great for breakfast or early lunch but that’s about all.
