Restaurant was totally empty, which was fine (it was 6:30pm) but being empty I would have thought it would have been cleaner. The tables were not cleaned and the floor had stuff on it right where you ordered. Staff was nice. Couldn't understand the woman who put our bag on the counter. We had ordered our food for dine in so I wasnt sure if it was ours. I asked if it was ours and someone else said the number. The spanish music playing was a little too loud for the woman to hear me ask her what she said and she was busy singing anyway. They were nice enough but I did feel like I was a Mexican restaurant and not a McDonald's in Dubuque Iowa lol. The food was very good, my burger was ordered without onions and it was correct. My son's burgers were ordered plain and were also correct. And my husband said his daily double was one of the best he had ever eaten. Fries were very hot and grease was clean. Food really was very good. If the store had been clean and they had the Spanish music turned down and someone speaking clearly that handed out the food I would have given a 5. But overall very good and it wasn't dirty enough that I would complain but when the store is empty I would have thought it would have been spotless. Good food outweighs the bad though!
Good service, the food is okay but you get what you pay for. The only real issue I have is that the dinning room is open very inconsistently
Their food is good. I like their big macs.
Went here the other day with my cousin thru drive thru and they were fast taking our order and just a couple more minutes longer for a food but the employees are very nice and great food...

Beverage station & options below expectations. Appears that you now get 1/2 a slice of cheese on the filet o' fish. In the past-they offered fish deals on Fridays. Condiment station empty. No alternative side options. While I understand staffing is a problem, EVERYWHERE; not everyone can pre-order online nor navigate a kiosk, nor does/did the programming allow for special orders. Besides, it isn't exactly quick/easy to use unless you are less than 40 years old, eat there regularly (familiarity with program) & wish to select a pre-package selection. Humans like human interaction. It is a service industry. Leave automation to Henry Ford. "Any customer can have a car painted any color that he wants, so long as it is black."
Great for breakfast and they are actually fast unlike some fast food places
Went inside to sit down for breakfast, employees refused to take my order. Only 3 employees, place was a complete mess. Dirty tables, drive thru backed up with 20 cars. Double lanes packed, maybe if you paid well and didn’t treat staff like garbage you would have employees. At least the manager was actually helping out, got that going for them. Went to Hardee’s, hot food in 3 minutes. Amazing how much harder employees work when you show them appreciation and pay what there worth.
Great service and food was prepared the proper way.
