Went through the drive thru because they locked their lobby doors. (there was no sign or hours posted about their lobby not being open, there were people inside eating food so idk)They forgot half our food, the chicken sandwich had lettuce just sprinkled around the sandwich, the food looked like it was sitting out for a while, they kept changing our drinks to mediums instead of large without saying anything, left us sitting in silence in the drive through for a good five minutes when it was just us and one car behind us. They forgot two fries and a drink, and we were so fed up that we didn't bother going back through the drive through to deal with it again.
Kids meal 6pc. Nuggets...Extra fries are no longer an extra side of fries.It is one small fry???The only place between Dubuque Iowa and Peoria Illinois that does this....
Good food. However the kids in theee need to pay attention to whatthey are doing, always getting the wrong things
fries weren't very hot and it was 530pm, which should have been fresher. burger had cheese on bottom so top of burger- who does that?
Worst experience!!! We started by asking for our order to be taken. Followed by old cold fries. Asked new new hot fries and only got 1 versus 2 that we had ordered. Asked for nuts for our hot fudge sundae, I don’t think the worker understood what I wanted for my sundae. Dirty tables snd trash on the floor. The place was not busy, as the workers were standing snd sitting on counters talking.
Terrible service. Loud Mexican party happening by the staff and ignoring customers. Stood in line for 20 min before I had to ask someone to come help me and they rolled their eyes and ignored me. Then someone finally came out and took our order. If I was the owner of this place I’d fire everyone.
Slow service at the drive thru and then drove up and saw why... The two staff were making out and not caring. The male employee knew he was seen. Won't be back.
It was late but it's a McDonald's. Neither mine or my fiance's sandwiches had much for sauce on them. I had 2 fish and he had whatever that big burger with the extra piece of bun in it. Both normally have a fair amount on them but this time there was hardly any. I'm not a big McDonald's fan but this is typically the last one in the area I'd stop at.
Visited in the middle of a breakfast rush, staff did a great job keeping up and making sure the food was just as good. Only thing keeping me from 5 Stars is that my macchiato was more of just mediocre
I paid $0.54 for a piece of processed cheese that was supposed to be included on the sandwich I bought. I decided I wasnt done wasting money so I bought a bottle of water. ?
