So just went there about 15 mins ago and I got a mcchicken light lettuce and McDouble no pickle n I got a plain mckchicken and a McDouble with pickles on it n some nasty soggy fries and my kids chicken nuggets taste like they been sitting for awhile smh very disappointed then ppl just wanna hop off on the mic then hop off now I’m upset n my receipt says my whole order n it was still wrong
Didn't have breakfast till 11 like supposes to. Very slow. Nothing stocked. Person bagging food was eating his own food. Lots of inappropriate talk. Never again

Staff’s attitude needs work. The manager/supervisor as well. And whoever takes the orders, needs to clean their ears out. And whoever makes the bacon mcdoubles, got some nerve giving me a SOGGY bun. Came here twice, and one too many. I will be taking my money and my business else where.

Order was shorted and doors were locked. I didn't want to use drive through as the line was getting longer by the minute. I called the location and the lady came out with our order in hand.
between holiday, jfk, and this location, this one has to be the busiest. They also have the fastest service/shortest waits in my experience. It helps that the people working are friendly as well. only complaint is that when someone uses the 2nd screen i get so startled because im used to pulling up to thw main one ? Their efficiency knocked me clear out of la la land! (More of a criticism on my part, really)If something could be improved: the structure of the drive thru. There’s multiple spots like this in town with the dreaded ‘you’re stuck here now’ design and I just don’t get it. If there was a way to eliminate that in the event you needed to exit the line, would be grand. ☺️
Needed some quick road food and not familiar with Dubuque, Mac's looked to be my stop. Paper sign said lobby closed. But bigger sign on the door said "Come In". Never even got to the counter and was shoo'd away "lobby closed". I protested and said the door was unlocked. Even made sure to tell folks just pulling into the parking lot to look elsewhere.
Day manager on 1-21 was so rude i felt compelled to call corporate. However, there was a really kind male cashier whose name started with a D; and he earned 5 stars in my opinion.
