Excellent vegetarian options and great customer service.
Been here twice in the last week or so. Never been a customer here. Before you even order food or a drink they bring you a bowl of tortilla chips with salsa. But they don't ask you what kind of salsa you want and automatically serve you the HOT salsa!! Without anything to drink...water maybe!!! They have mild or medium salsa but assume you want the HOT??Couldn't even eat the free appetizer!! Maybe should give the customers a choice ?? The burritos were okay. Then I give them a second chance and just stop for a Margarita or two. Had one overpriced Margarita and didn't taste right. Too much Tequila and not enough mix!!! Tasted sour like something wrong with the Margarita dispenser or mix. Lost a new customer!!!
Cashier looked angry the second I showed up to pick up my order. Whatever was wrong I hope his night gets better. My food just was thrown in an aluminum tin with a piece of aluminum foil TOSSED on top.The Asbury location is fantastic. Go there instead.Edit: When I got home I found what looked like a piece of plastic in the queso dip. When I brought it back and showed them I got no apology. To their credit they did at least give me a different one. I wish I'd thought to take a screenshot of it before I brought it back.
I love Los Aztecas, however this particular location is getting a 4 because the service is very hit or miss. Very impersonable and rude most of the time. The food is consistent most of the time. They have messed up the orders a few times and try to blame us. However, food is always good. Highly suggest the Quesadillas, Tamales and Polito con Papas!!! The margs are to die for, buutttttttttt WAY too much ice.
Not bad on the prices and fast service
Food was served hot. The portions of food were decent size. Margarita was xxx large.. see pictures. Our waiter could have been better. It was a Friday night. Maybe he was just having a moment. Prices were decent. I would eat there again.

I must say I'm picky with my Mexican food, so I wasn't super impressed with my meal. I've only gone once, and my food wasn't bad by any means, but it was a bit more on the 3 star range. The staff were so super nice and friendly that I gotta go with 4 overall. Maybe some dishes hit better than others (I had seafood to be fair), so if you're feeling like trying stuff out, I'll give it a solid "why the heck not?"
Food is always good and the portions are a good size.
Great margaritas and best salsa available in the tri-state area. Food and prices are great as well.
