Went at 1 pm, 3 of us, for lunch. Food took a while but we were fine waiting because you get homemade tortilla chips and salsa while you wait. The other Ttwo om my party thought that salsa was too spicy said they ordered some Blanco queso to go with it which was phenomenal. Our food portions were huge, even for lunch, and none of us finished everything we ordered. Food was great. Service was OK once food came but before that we didn't see her much. Overall great time, good, service. We will Def be back!
Why can't they serve lunch on Sunday? Had to order too much food for no reason. Food was decent but salsa is gross. Nice staff.
We celebrated my Father-in-law's 95th birthday here, Sat, 4/23. This is his favorite restaurant, and it was fantastic. Service was great and the food was fabulous. The staff sang Happy Birthday beautifully.
The food taste like it was microwave and not prepared. Not an authentic flavor at all. Service is poor, it took forever and felt like our party was invisible to wait staff. Better off getting taco bell
One of our favorite places to eat in Dubuque. Our order is always correct, the food is hot, the margaritas are good and the staff is friendly. We’ve never had a bad experience at Los.
Asbury/Arterial location. I used to love this place but every time we go it just gets worse and worse. I should also note that we're not the type to complain either but our experience was not good. We waited almost 20 minutes to order, and another 40 for our food! They weren't even busy. You should not have to be there for over an hour before you get food. I even noticed that the 2 people that walked in the door right in front of us we're done eating and left right after we placed our order. Also a couple that came 10 minutes after us ordered before we did. During the wait we sat needing refills on chips and drinks for a while. We set the basket and cups at the edge of the table to make it more obvious that we needed refills but it didn't make a difference. I'm not even exactly sure who our server was but I'm pretty sure it was the lady that walked by our table 5 times not acknowledging that we needed more drinks and chips. She was occupied on her phone and washing the windows that were in front of us. We were also low on salsa and ran out but it felt as if we were a nuisance to them so I didn't even bother to ask again. My fiances food was burnt and the lettuce on my plate was old. Asked to speak to a manager and apparently there wasn't 1 there, so no one to address concerns to either. I really usually enjoy the food here but sadly I don't know if we will return after today.
Had chile relleno that was pretty good. Salsa actually has a bit of a kick, which is not always easy to find in the midwest...also had a sample of the diabla sauce which was quite nice
Always good service and delicious food.
Salsa and Pico were way too spicy, servers not friendly, all my food was covered with a tangy red sauce. Not impressed with it at all. Thank goodness the margaritas was good because I didn't eat
Love this place....fajita for one on menu can feed 2!
