This place is nasty I went to get order and I saw that the employees didn't use gloves when making the food. Then he wiped his nose with his hand and then went to make another pizza without washing his hands
This is ridiculous! I have came twice now on a Tuesday and both times they were closed. Even though the sign says 9 pm on Tuesdays thru Thursdays!
Absolute garbage experience. Placed an order online, pick up time was approximately 5:26 p.m., received a notification pizza was in the oven at 5:10. At 5:30 I went to pick up the pizza and received THE WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. The guy running the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. He went to check on my pizza and told me it would be awhile. I asked about how long and was responded with “idk” I asked if he could check. Not a big ask, and was told no. He then proceeded to disregard me and take orders from people behind me, even though I was still standing there. I asked again and he said flatly “idk an hour you need to wait.” I asked for a refund and was told again I’d have to wait. I waited 15 minutes until he finally decided to get a manager to refund me. While I was conversing with the manager about the poor customer service, the initial gentleman was screaming obscenities at me in front of everyone in the waiting room, which included children. Needless to say I will not be going back again.
The place was very busy and I thought they did a good job getting pizza's out but I was very disappointed in my pizza. The crust was very overcooked and it had very few sausages on it several slices were nothing but cheese.
horrible slow service that was more concerned with vaping and talking to girls then helping customers.
So good! Brings me back to my childhood. Also, the crazy bread was already amazing, but making it cheese filled?!?!! Genius!
If I could give zero stars I would. Zero help when trying to call and cancel an order because food was not allowed where we were going. It was a scheduled order and we were calling with plenty of time to cancel. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Store had constant busy signal and 800# refused to offer any help. Used to frequent Little Caesars when we’d come to town. Plenty of other options out there. We’ll take our business elsewhere.
I have better customer service, Some employees are nice others are well or without People skills and/or Proper listening skills. Some take it serious some just Goofing around. Not very professional. Most of all should get free sauce with the crazy bread big disappointment.
I ordered a thin crust cheese and a sausage stuffed crust pizzas. The yhin crust looked like it was tossed around a bit and I didn't even get a stuffed crust. I paid double the amount for stuffed crust and didn't receive it. I've been trying to call the store for hours and it's just a busy signal.
Pre-ordered in the machine. One pizza was a little overdone. Also, the girl behind the counter was a little snarky rude.
