Don't care to go this place eather the chicken is greasy or my order gets messed up . Twice now this has happened. & Didn't even offer a discount or extra items for their mistakes !

I picked up KFC for our crew at Marty's Fireworks on Tuesday. Everything was great! A big thank you to your crew from our crew.
We pulled up to the order screen to place an order for 2. We told them the meal we wanted for the first person and before we could oder for the second passager they already had our total and told us to pull forward. We were unable to get their attention at the screen. I asked to add at the window but was so annoyed at this point we went somewhere else for the other person.
Prices were good and so was the food...
I will no longer go to kfc in dubuque iowa on central I ask for original got one piece original and one crispy and one piece was like they gave me a small wing because they ran out of others and then they charged 10.50 what a joke
I will go to the JFK store from now on. I've given this place way too many chances. Tonight it was overdone chicken. Couldn't even taste the seasoning. Enough.
Just left this location cause say open at 1030 am. Saw employees in kitchen looked right at us and ignored us. This was at 1045 am. Called when they answered said be opening soon. By 1055 am still not open so we left.
ordered popcorn chicken, Cole slaw and Mashed Potatoes and gravey. they forgot the gravey. but will comp it on my next visit.
