Easily the best sub sandwich I've ever eaten. The meat was sliced on-site and juicy, the vegetables were fresh and delicious, the bread was fantastic, and the sauce/seasoning blend was out of this world. The staff were extremely friendly and gladly accomodated my dairy allergy; they took close precautions to ensure no cross contamination would occur. Overall, I had a great experience here, and would absolutely recommend Jersey Mike's to a friend. Eat here - you won't regret it!
Service was amazing, employees were very kind and easygoing made you feel very welcome, I'm in love with these subs. I'd love them even more if they could hold the hair, I've found various hairs in several of my subs and it makes me not want to eat it, I'd suggest the employees start wearing hair nets, even the boys, otherwise everything else was awesome.
Sub was terrible! It was a number 9 Mike's way. Sub was so awful we couldn't finish it. My husband and I split a medium sub. The picture shows what we are throwing away. I think we both took 2 bites. We've eaten at Jerseys Mike before, but I won't be going back. Staff was on their phone except 2 workers. Total turn off!!
We ordered online and got three sandwiches. Got home and 2 of them had WAY to much oil and vinegar on them to the point that the bread was very soggy. it made it very hard to eat with the bread that way. This was our very first time eating here and I wanted this to be so much better. Just hope the staff tries to cut back on the dressing so the bread stays crusty and not so wet it falls apart.
the bestest sub ever i go there some what often and as i ordered tonight which is 2 nites in row. the fella thats always there i think might be a manager or something but knows is customers ovisaly anyways lhe knows my order and called me a VIP made my day.
Service was super amazing however just we didn't like the subs. It wasn't for us. Don't worry my wife and I will definitely stop in again some other time, and if things taste better we have no problem changing this! But obviously I'm one person and the other reviews for this place say otherwise, so just don't take my word for it lol everyone likes different things.

Place is straight trash. Nothing is ever right and the managers just don't seem to care. You have more than one complaint (they F up twice just within a month) they don't help you the second time. The place is run by kids who have no idea what they're doing. You are better off ordering a sub sandwich from McDonald's during rush hour and having the employees make it blind folded.
I cannot speak highly enough of Jersey Mike’s in DBQ. From the time you walk in the door until you check out and leave, you can always expect exceptional service. The staff is so friendly, timely, professional, and engaging! OH and their sugar cookies!? Please do all of us a favor and keep those puppies coming! I will always be a customer at Jersey Mike’s. How can they not keep bringing you back!? I didn’t get anyone’s names, however, I did notice the young man who helped us had studs in his ears. Every one of those employees deserves a raise and extra perks. Thank you guys for the amazing service and delish sammiches!! JM for life.
19 dollar sandwich that was mostly lettuce and onion. The ends were hard and had no meat or cheese at all. The middle really skimped on the meat and cheese. Really bummed that I paid so much. I also asked to have mayo but they didn't add it. Oh well.
