One day they have wait staff to take your orders bring you your food the next time it's self-service we have to order at the counter

Breakfast. No longer serve hash browns, only sliced potatoes that were on one visit half cooked and on another on the way to being potato chips. The "restaurants" in Hy-Vee went back to having servers instead of order at the register and they'll bring it out. There's no need for servers. This is another case of a solution in search of a problem to justify some suit's job.
Ask for Pam. Best server ever. Very cheerful.
This is usually my go to Hy-Vee, but now I may have to change. I called three time , letting the phone ring at least 15 times and no one answered the phone. That is quite ridiculous.
Hostess amazing!. 2 LARGE Pancakes, eggs, 3 turkey sausage patties $8... split the meal between us we ate there for the first time 2 weeks earlier and ordered the breakfast burrito. They did not disappoint! Next time will try the Asian Cuisine or the Brick Oven Pizza as both options also looked fantastic! Will be stopping any time we drive through town..
