So many memories growing up in the area and this is such a nostalgic place. Sure, it may not be fancy or even the best pizza but it's fun. It's different!

burned chicken the pizza toppings have slimmed down. I like the toppings, if I wanted just bread I'd order bread.
I love Happy Joe's. It's my favorite pizza. Especially their Taco pizza with their spicy Joe's sauce, it is so delicious. They will make your pizza in 1/4 so you can get 4 different kinds all on a one pizza.They have great employees. They treat every birthday with great importance. I would always recommend this place gladly with 5 stars. Great job Happy Joe's!!!!!...now you just have to expand. I live all the way in Colorado (Iowa raised)And miss the pizza so much I stop by every time I'm in town. Thanks for making the best taco pizza there is!
It was fun being in an old time version of the restaurant. The food was pretty darn good. The employees were friendly. Owner was a little crabby running around. We really didn't have a server. Otherwise 5 stars. We will go back.
This is a wonderful location for a young person's Birthday Party. It has the feeling of going back to the future ? I suggest the Taco Pizza and Cheese Bread. A plus is on your way out stop at the Ice cream parlor... This is a hidden gem for real....Nice to take a date if you grew up on billy Joel and journey...
We came in later than we should have and the staff insisted that everything was fine. Got great service and the pizza was done well not rushed. But the interior of this place will take you back to when a birthday at Happy Joe’s was when you were a kid. What a great way to finish a road trip to head down memory lane once again.
We had a taco Supreme it was one of the better pizzas we've had! We both liked the older decor. Very friendly help. We definitely well be back !
Called the Century Dr. Location at 8:30 on Friday night and asked how late we could get there an still dine in. The person on the phone said as long we're there by 9:00. We loaded up the car and got there at 8:50 only to find not a car in the parking lot and place all locked up. Pretty sad bunch of kids to say the least. Don't say one thing and do another!
They make the best Canadian Bacon/Sauerkraut pizza on the planet!! A must when we are in town.
