Just passing through town decided to give happy joes a try absolutely amazing i mean amazing pizza and service I am 50 yrs old and have ate alot of pizza I love pizza and I would have to rank this place in the top two of best pizza I have ever ate if I lived here I would eat here every day thank you guys so much for putting out an amazing pizza keep up the great work

On Thursday may 19th between 2 and 3pm. It would be all on camera I ordered a pizza for pick up when I entered the store I noticed a few people at a table which 1 cleared his throat teminating me and making me in un comfortable to be in the store. I was being very respectful and causing no trouble at all this subject got up and went behind the counter stating something about century drive happy joes. All’s I wanted was my pizza and to get going the female person that was with demanded I apologize to a family member long time ago. When i got outside and I was leaving I was asked not to come back I did nothing wrong and I’m tired of these rumors there’s no truth to them and that’s the only reason I got treated disrespectfully plain and simple. I did file a complaint no response imagine that no response no respect for human life anymore. I’m harmless and did nothing are family has done plenty of buisness with happy joes sad very sad. Get the truth before judging those 2 subjects had no right. Bruce

BLT means cooked food not just throw dome raw met on pizza...

Happy Joe's is a regional pizza staple, and they're strong in Dubuque. The pizza isn't the cheapest in town but the quality seems to be consistently good. For us, it's not a regular choice, but a nice alternative for a change.

I've ordered from Happy Joe's forever - they do not have an area on their website that I can leave a comment. This was the 1st pizza I've gotten from them that was burnt on the bottom!! Would rather just tell them than leave review

We enjoy the Taco Supreme pizza. Well worth the price!

We were in Dubuque for an event that ended late. Happy Joes advertised being open until midnight for dine in or carry out. We walked in at 11:05 pm. The grumpy, bearded cashiers first words to us were, “you know we close at midnight?”. We should have left then as it was obvious our business and presence was not appreciated despite there being a large, unruly group already dining in. We proceeded to place four large orders for pizzas and appetizers totaling over $230. The wait was about 25-30 minutes. It’s obvious the staff do not enjoy their jobs and your close up view of the food prep puts this on full display. We finally got our food and took it to go. It was gross. Chicken wings were disgusting. Even the pepperoni pizza was bad. They cut dessert and regular pizzas with the same utensils so everything tasted like cinnamon. My daughter had pasta and was awake in the night with an upset stomach and I suspect food poisoning. Not surprising since cleanliness was a low bar there. I would advise just skipping this place.

Primo pizza. It's our family choice... all the time. This location of Happy Joe's is exceptional.

This location did not offer dine inMore for order to go...the workers were very nice to us ...

BLT had no bacon just chunks of ham and waaay too much mayo, tasting awful...the Taco Pizza used to be good, the quality has gone down hill, hardly edible. Approx. $50 for 2 pizzas that arent worth $10 a pizza. Back to the Hut for us. Happy Joes is a big joke.
