Very good food. Got the holy chuck. This thing lasted me 2 days. Seriously took me 2 days to eat. My kids LOVED their food and so did my mom. Highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff, juicy burgers and crispy French fries with a delicious seasoning made this a perfect stop for my family.

The pancakes are the size of large pizzas, my kids loved them. Pictured is the country fried steak meal. I recommend getting the American fries, my husband ordered those with his meal and I regretted not getting them. It's not a large place so I could see it getting busy fast, but worth it.

My husband and I were in Dubuque for the weekend and came here for breakfast and were both very impressed. Service was excellent the and food was so good! I had the bacon cheeseburger omelet and it was so cheesy and delicious. We shared a pancake about the size of the plate or a little bigger and it was one of the best pancakes I've had in a restaurant. The atmosphere was nice with a pretty view out the front window. We went to a different restaurant for brunch the next day and were wishing we had gone back to Foodies. Highly recommend!

Everything started out strong. Drink order taken fast and came out quick, food order in immediately after. Our server was on top of the fact the item I wanted was insanely spicy and made sure to ask if I was okay with things hotter than ghost peppers. They suggested a different burger that was still spicy but wouldn’t melt my face off. Good idea.Every burger (seriously about 45 different burger options) could have a veggie patty or chicken breast to substitute the beef if you desired. I think that’s excellent. I happen to like a veggie burger, but please keep the bacon on it ?.Our orders came out fast and almost correct. Not a big deal. I asked for regular fries, got sweet potato fries instead. Can’t really complain because they were actually the best ones I’ve ever had. My mom asked for no side and it still came with the default of potato chips. Oh well. This review sounds nice, why three stars? While we were enjoying our food and raving about how good it was, the pest control guy came in and sprayed for bugs less than 20 ft from our table. I get this has to happen and it may not indicate a gross place…….but while we’re eating? We were then so focused on him, watching where he sprayed on the floor that we then started seeing how dirty it was in there. The floor was littered with crushed food and old, crumpled napkins. While taking in the messy floor, we started to be able to smell the fumes from the spray and then the cook came out front with his messy towel tucked in his belt covered in blood from the burgers and grease from other things.Come on folks…..does this scream, “Please eat here!” to you?

Awesome food and great staff! Very cool decor! Be patient, it's worth the wait. I will not only give these folks 5 stars, but will go with 2 thumbs up. They put up a great effort to accommodate everyone. My hats off and 2 thumbs up.???

Food was amazing and affordable. Waitress was super sweet. Awesome little vibe. My only complaint is that they use oversized plates and their tables are pretty small. Overall a great place.

Food was pretty good. I got the tuna melt but the cheese wasn't really very melted, but it was pretty good so whatever. The fried fish ? so good and crispy. Nice servers and nice vibes

FOUND A GEM!! GREAT FOOD and SERVICE! Prices are very reasonable! Emily was our fantastic server. The space and employees have a great vibe!Definitely will be going back AND looking forward to visiting the new location on Central in downtown DBQ!

Decent food but the portion sizes are way too big. I had the bacon lovers dream and had to cut it up because I couldn't eat it like a normal burger. I ate less than half of it because there was so much bacon and burger. I can eat a lot but this burger was dripping in grease and my stomach felt heavy after eating it. The fries were quite good and the prices were good too.
