Not very often you get a 5 star experience with fast food. I just have to say how truly impressed and happy with the experience we had yesterday at the 16th location! Our kids got shots, so we took them for ice cream. The staff was friendly, fast, super attentive, very kind and so helpful! We will be back and i highly recommend a trip to their dining experience!!!!!
No stars!! Girl at drive thru taking orders definitively didn't want to be there! Rude! The burger was terrible...fries were cold. Burger not very warm either. The only good thing was the guy at window taking money & giving out the lousy food. Won't make thus mistake again! Guess I had to give 1 star ... only because this website wouldn't let me leave without a rating...?
Waited in line FOREVER! and they didn't flip my blizzard I cover was put over it and when recieved it was melted almost complety
Dining room is closed. Drive thru was fine.
Very friendly, polite staff. The girl scout thin mint blizzard while thick, tasted watery. The cookie pieces were very few but larger than other thin mint blizzards. It almost seems like their thin mint ingredients are different from Wisconsin's ingredients. It probably seems petty, but I was asked to rate my experience. I take my blizzards and thin mints seriously.
Go here often for late night Blizzards. Only thing I don't like right now is the walk in dining is closed and there's about a 50/50 chance they wont answer unless you're in a ? ?? -1 star for making people who don't drive be embarrassed and hold up the line in the drive-thru.
I don't know how they did it, but there was a love of cars 8 long, including us. We had our food within 10 minutes. It's possible they were mostly ice cream orders but our whole order was correct!! Good job!
Chicken tenders, get thier chicken tenders. I dont have DQ anymore from where I'm from, miss how good they are and this DQ was awesome
