Stopped at this place for a simple ice cream cone. There were 12 cars lined up in the drive-thru. After waiting 7 minutes and not having one car get their ice cream - we left! I used to work for Dairy Queen back in the day, it shouldn't take 7 minutes to service any car in a drive-thru! We went across the street to the McDonald's got ice cream and they still were 11 cars deep in the DQ drive-thru.
It takes over 30 minutes to get the food
I went to this location on May 16th,2022 at 11am doors were still locked even though it says opens at 11am then ordered a 7 Dollar Cheeseburger all day meal plain nothing but cheese and bun and meat and I get ketchup and rude treatment ! I almost got sick on the ketchup ! Got my money back and a rude apology ! Never coming back !
This DQ is Ok. Not too busy for inside service. Drive thru is always busy. Good location for a quick meal.
Ive been coming to this DQ for 6 years now, and I'm getting more and more disappointed each time I come there. The meal deal is overpriced with the portion you receive, They forget sauces constantly, The food is often cold and stale. Its a shame because this is the closest food option to my house. Very disappointing.
We were here Sat. afternoon, went to the drive thru with 4 cars ahead of us. We waited 17 minutes for our order (2 cheese burgers and small fry) almost 6 minutes at the window waiting for our food! We were on the road passing through the area, so we weren't going back, but the burgers had no condiments, my wife could only eat a third of hers because it was burnt mine the bun was falling apart. The fries were ok, overall the food was POORLY PREPARED SERVICE SUCKED. Not that we will be in the area again, but I would not go there again, I imagine the food at the gas station nextdoor would be BETTER
They were busy and understaffed. The kids working the drive through had a great attitude and being they were understaffed. They did great!

Please update business hours online or at least have the decency to answer the phone when we arrived only 4 minutes after 9pm. Haven't been back since October, won't be back for a long while after this.
You can never go wrong with a blizzard to break up a trip anywhere!
