Waited over 40 minutes to get cookies today that I ordered online (and was on time for). Waited 15 minutes to get acknowledged by staff at all, and I was at the pickup counter the entire time. If I wanted to wait 40 minutes for cookies, I could have made them myself! Cookies are great, but service today was definitely lacking.
The employees were so friendly and helpful. Even when they got swamped with a rush you could see them trying their best to get the cookies out on time and looking right while keeping a smile on their faces. The cookies were soooo good too. Not every flavor was to my liking but there’s always next week!
I was prepared to not be impressed, but the cleanliness, friendly staff, and enormous, delicious cookies won me over!
I really like the cookies. I was looking forward to enjoy one of the many different cookies offered this week, but I was told that they were all out. This was in the middle of the afternoonIIt's a shame that this place is so short staffed. The line was getting longer and it took about 15 minutes for people in line to be acknowledged because the workers were preparing a catering order.
Cookies are served warm and are probably twice the size of your typical cookie. Other than that... nothing overly special and it broke apart eating it (unless a it's supposed to crumble like the name??). $4/cookie. If you're going to try it, order online to avoid the line & wait.
These cookies are literally the BEST! The workers were busy bees that you could tell were working hard to get cookies out. Super yummy and even though the cookies are huge, I don’t think I’ll ever share one. Haha Also, the store was really clean! I’ll be back!
Great customer service and the workers are amazing and super nice and friendly. The cookies tasted delicious and definitely worth it. Best experience EVER!!!!
My first time to a Crumbl Cookies store. I bought the New York Cheesecake cookie and it was AMAZING! It was served warm and is the best cookie I've ever had. The cookies are big enough to share. Was going to wait until I got home to eat it so I could cut it in half and save half for my husband. That didn't happen. I ate half the cookie in the parking lot. After returning home, I ate another 1/4 of the cookie (at least he got 1/4 of the cookie; and he loved it). Was the best $4 I've ever spent.The store was bright and clean and they had very friendly employees. I'm now a huge fan of Crumbl Cookies!! Looking forward to seeing what new flavors they have next week.
Definitely recommend!! There was a line but the story is also new to the area so it was understandable. The line didn't take long and it was definitely worth the wait. When you walked in you were greeted by very friendly and smiling staff. When ordering the staff was super helpful. When i order my cookies it did not take long until I got my cookies. They looked fabulous and tasted amazing. Definitely will be going back!!
The cookies were okay but a little too sweet for me. I got the pink sugar cookie and I really didn't like it. The guy who took the order was nice and friendly but I didn't like how they kind of force you to give a tip even when paying with cash. A box of 4 cookies was like $14 and 1 cookie is over $4. I really wanted to see what the hype was about with this place and I don't think I will be back.
