I ordered a chicken bowl and it had chewy and hard bits in it. Also ordered a $3 fountain drink only to find out it was completely carbonated water with a HINT of orange fanta. The chicken wasn’t even ready and I had to wait for the cashier to stop talking to her friends. This encounter is making me choose to stop eating at this chipotle. #sad
Food seemed watered down, cold, and less flavorful. Short wait time, but a lot of dirty tables. Not much seating, but their staff was nice
I continue to give this Chipotle a chance to even give me mediocre food... they do have a new manager, and I hope that fixes the food quality issue. Customer service is fantastic, but the food isn't nearly the quality or taste that other Chipotles serve. This last visit I got charges for guacamole, which I can't have being allergic to avocados, along with my rice was hard and not even cooked all the way.
got the LG chips & Queso today...it was delivered so I didn't notice the bad of brown nasty chips....tastes like they were cooked in old oil....VERY DISAPPOINTING for $8.50!!! ?
The food was great and when we arrived, there were only 2 other people eating at another table. Shortly after we sat down, it started getting busy. Soon all the tables were occupied and we suddenly had a complete stranger sit down with us. We asked him to leave our table and he said 'NO'. We then went up and complained to the cashier, asking if they could have him leave. As I was up talking to them, he smashed his hand on my food and quickly left. My wife quickly got my attention as he did this. I then just said screw it, left our remaining food at the table, and we left. I honestly had hoped staff would have done something but the cashier looked confused and then went to the next customer. That was our only issue.
Ordered through Uber eats. My burrito bowl didn’t have any salsa, lettuce or fajita veggies that I ordered. They also put white rice instead of brown. The tortillas on the side were super hard and all the food was cold when it arrived (quickly, not the drivers fault.) Disappointing, but at least the chips and guac were good.
Very unclean location. EVERY table was dirty and had not been cleaned for quite a long time. No one was eating inside b/c of the dirty conditions. Had to eat in car. The only available forks were found inside the tip jar. My daughter had to use a spoon to eat her salad. The cashier dropped my change between the register and the support and didn’t replace it, so I lost money too. I gave 2 stars b/c the food was still awesome. Hoping I’m not a food poisoning stat.
Disgusting. The food is terrible. The tortilla that they just take out of a Walmart package and heat up, was filled and rolled into a fist sized ball... it was tearing itself apart. The taste was horrible. I will never set foot in a Chipotle again. The staff looked miserable and were rude. I wish I could say 1 good thing about this place.
I love chipotle but every single time I order online they miss something (the guac or the beans, or the pico etc) I've been weekly customer for a couple of years now and at this point a little bit frustrating, I just got my last order and they forgot the beans.
They routinely open up late. Today it was a full FORTY minutes. They also regularly do not start online orders until after you get there, regardless of how long ago you ordered.
