I always like this place but today I was charged for a fruit bowl that I never ordered - It cost me $3.20

Store was packed today. Today is Wednesday and I went at lunch with my dad. The store had no parking places and hardly any tables to sit. It was packed the whole time, kids everywhere playing in the playhouse and eating. When we left the line was literally out the door. Our food still came fast, right to our table and was hot and amazing. For being so busy, absolutely great experience! This location eeds to be a little bigger or we need a second location! We love it in this town! Best chicken all the time, and great service!

First time going there and I will definitely be back! Competitive prices, delicious food and friendly, helpful staff. I believe the sauces and mayo are free cuz I found them by the straws/napkins...that's always a plus!

They were low on sauce so did not give us enough for our 3 sandwiches and then when asked for more gave us the minimum and would not give more upon request(offer of payment).
I am not sure what happened to the store in Dubuque. In the past the service and speed was great but over the last 4 weeks things have really changed. Two weeks ago, I was in there and two ladies had to wait over 6 minutes for an employee to acknowledge them and refill their drink. When you walk in there and waiting for food, they do not even greet you anymore. In the last three visits, people stand by the takeout area for different reasons and employees just walk by, infant try to squeeze through without any customer acknowledgment. Service seems to be really dropping.
Order was incorrect from drive thru. Food was good quality but disappointing to have partial order. Will try again.
