Unfortunately, after that very recent visit, I’m compelled to retract that glowing five star review that I posted many years ago. Past performance is most certainly not indicative of future results.

We waited 30 min just for drinks and over an hour to get our food. We had a movie to get to so we requested that our food be boxed up as a Togo order and our bill brought out straight away. I watched the staff place our order on the table on the outside of the kitchen. And waited… when no one was bringing it out I walked into he kitchen to ask if it was ours. There were 4 staff standing in a circle talking. It was indeed our food… so we went to the car and checked it over as we were leaving. We were missing our sides, the nachos had literally zero chicken and the wings had NO sauce on them. Our $50 bill was only going to be reimbursed as $20…. Upon complaints AGAIN they refunded the whole amount. We were SO disappointed!!!

The dirtiest restaurant in Dubuque. If you enjoy filth this is your restaurant. From the bathrooms to the floors which are so dirty you can skate on them like an frozen lake. The silverware, drinking glasses and the windows at the restaurant inside and out look like something you would expect at a pornographic book store. The outside is almost as nice. Broken and unsafe sidewalks, smoking dispensary containers tipped over. Buffalo dirtbags should be there new name.

Slow service at shift change.. not enough servers to seat people in the dining room. Bathroom doors were just filthy.. food was good when it finally showed up.

Poor service, dirty, no staff, waiting for a server over 10 minutes. No bartendar, waitress couldnt poor beers. Waited another 15 minutes for a beer. Barside only. Smells like pee. Waitress rude when I approached for help. Felt sorry for the others working.

The dining area was closed due to employee shortage. Sat at a table near the bar. Waitress was nice enough. Food was good. Was quiet enough that I could hear without screaming. Not busy.

11:35 am - After standing at desk in front spotted my first employee after 15 minutes. Who immediately offered to help the people behind me. And didn't acknowledge I existed. When I did get my to go order the inside of the bag was wet and the box holding wings was ruined. The employee that did wait on me was nice.

Disappointing (.5 Star rating) this place can’t be better and have their doors open on the weekends for food service. They need someone (manage) who can retain quality staff and be able to allow dine-in seating on the weekends. Call themselves a sports bar/restaurant? More like a Joke. Close your doors altogether and allow a new place to move in and have an actual restaurant in Dubuque!

When its 19 degrees out don't put families by the door when you have an empty dining room. Also it dosen't take 20 mins for drinks. No customer service just a bunch of college kids with zero education.

This place has a lot of issues that need to be addressed from the cleanliness to service. I waited over half an hour just to get my margarita alone. I wanted to order a second one but they would not fulfill the order because they were closing at 10 when I had placed the order at 9:30.
