I never order appetizers, but my son and I were hungry, so decided to. Our meals came before our appetizer, very disappointed. My chicken lime had excessive sauce all over and the loaded potatoes I requested were just the garlic. Overall extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with our visit today.
I eat in restaurants alot with my career and travel...... Leann P was the most refreshing server that I have experienced in a couple of years....Happy, cheerful, attentive and smiling. A true testament to someone who enjoys their career and enjoys life.....thank you Leann for a great experience.
Great food! Our waiter, Jim was awesome! Seemed to really like his job and taking care of customers!
Way over priced for the quality of the food. The food is awful. Burgers are blah and not good. Ribs are absolutely terrible. Chicken is good if you like it burnt.
I appreciated my order being made fresh even after closing time. I ordered online and got caught up on the floor at work. I missed my lunch break and they were closed when I went to pick it up. He was so nice about it. I appreciate great customer service. He could've said sorry ma'am here's your money back. But nope, the manager went above and beyond. Thank you.
The food was good. Service was not great. One bartender. No host/hostess. FLAT tap beer (Stella Artois) The windows on the entrance door were filthy. Made us wonder what the kitchen looked like ? One guy, not sure what his title was, but he spent a lot of time doing nothing or trying to get out of doing anything. It was not a horrible experience. Not sure we'll go back, but if it were my franchise, I'd be doing some undercover boss show ?
?when we initially were greeted , I thought I we were going to have a bad experience.Then we were waited on by Dallas who’s one of the most on point ?server’s I’ve ever had the pleasure of waiting on me, everything was hot♨️ Fresh and delivered in a timely fashion despite there been plenty of ppl there watching the March madness game. Unfortunately there’s always a pinch in the armor. We received wings that weren’t to par , Dallas had explained the situation to his manager “Amber “ who promptly , ordered us another set of wings and comp’d us on top of that, it’s always cool to go out have a good time with friends , have your order quick n fresh, and not be annoyed. By servers while eating . I wish I could give this place 10 stars?
It was my birthday and my husband wanted to take me Applebee's. Well he had the bacon cheeseburger, I had the cheesebuger but with no cheese, they mixed up our order. And we. we never got our drinks refill.. We were suppose to get the military discount and he forgot to give it to us. Not a good time.
Great personal connections and great service. We had Dallas which talk us into the date night and tipsy Cupid! Food was amazing we had the 2 for 29!! Bourbon chicken. “We were on a date kinda nervous” made us laugh and enjoy or night out from a long day of work. Asked us if we wanted a photo, so we insisted that he take one with us. Thanks Dallas and you have amazing team mates. The manager came over and was very respectful and well dress. His name also was Dallas, Highly recommended…
Walked in before rush and heard one host yell at the other I’ll leave you to do it yourself. I don’t know what happened but on a Friday night leaving one host by themselves to take care of the restaurant is not ok in my book. Food was great. My four Mac and cheese and honey pepper chicken was amazing and my husband said his whiskey burger was fantastic. Great service other then the yelling
